Pros:

It was next door to the function I was attending. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The shared bathroom. The light didn't work just outside the room, so was difficult to see where you were going or to put the key in the door

Poor comfort, cleanliness, and noisy environment

My stay was very disappointing due to several comfort and cleanliness issues.

The bed cricked and wobbled every single time i moved, the mattress too old, the bedding didn't feel clean and three very smelly cushions on the bed.
Don't think the housekeeper is really cleaning.
The bathroom was far from the room and meeting the wall with the bedroom so can hear every single noise coming from it. I can imagine how much worse the noise would have been if there were more people staying at this place that night. 2 heaters, none on or able to make them work, leaving it freezing and hard to go to
Basic amenities of three tiny 20ml bottles with only about 1/8 of shampoo left in them.
To make matters worse lots of noise started around 7:30am coming from downstairs.
Very thin walls.
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and will definitely will not return.

No idea why they advertise it as Delux !!!!!

La propreté c etait très sale le cadre du lit rempli de poussière le bureau où il y avait la télé très sale la télécommande très salle moquette très salle et la salle de bain commune dans le palier porte qui a du mal a fermé et du coup la nuit cela faisait un bruit terrible les joints moisis de la baignoire. Pas d isolation mauvaise odeur.

AVOID this place
Pros:

Location is near the train station

Cons:

No hot water, bedding absolutely stunk of damp washing so didn't get any sleep, no radiator on the room just a plug in heater. Messaged them and no one bothered getting back to me until I messaged again a week later.
I've stayed in plenty of budget places while travelling for football and this is the first time I've had a room that smelled too bad to get any sleep in.

Cheap stay in central Preston
Pros:

Very cheap. Booked at the last minute due to cancelled train. Self-check in worked. The shared bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Mid-week drinkers audible until 2am. Construction noise started before 7am. There were stains on the bedsheets, and looked like they had been in service for a long time!
