Very disappointing for so many reasons
Pros:

The food quality was good (albeit not much variety even with the "themed" nights).
The hotel was mostly clean.

Cons:

Very overpriced.
We only bought 2 drinks at the pool bar due to them coming to over €20 for a small glass of malibu/pineapple juice and vodka/orange/grenadine. The splash, and I mean the smallest amount, of grenadine cost €2.50.
As Half Board guests, particularly during meal times, we felt like we were being treated as second class citizens.
We were not allowed to sit a small bottle of water (which we bought from a shop as they do not provide free water to half board guests) on the table to show there was someone using the table when we were up getting food. 2 staff looked at the bottle and then went and told another member of staff who came over to us and told us it wasn't allowed.
The pillows were not comfy.
But most importantly, which I should have started with...we paid for a sea view, which we could only see if we were standing up. As soon as you sit down on the balcony your view of the sea is mostly blocked by the frosted/unclear glass type material they used in their renovation. The staff offered us a room switch but it was on the pool level and your view was only of the loud pool area and the top of shops, eg tobacconist.
We found very very few of the staff to be friendly or even give a courteous genuine warm smile.
There was drilling work happening a couple of doors down from our room. Which could be heard from the quiet poolside where we moved to to get away from the very loud music (especially when the "fashion show" was happening).
We had such high hopes for a H10 property.
Sadly, we will not be back.

an average experience, nice staff and breakfast, but in all honesty wouldn't return for the price
Pros:

the hotel staff were nice, and the breakfast was good and fresh. i maybe think the hotel is a bit overpriced for what its offering. but i guess thats tenerife in general nowadays! 6/10

Localização. Comida variada todas as noites. Ambiente tranquilo. Ideal para relaxar.

Cons:

Necessidade de “dress code” para o jantar e pequeno almoço. Está vocacionado para uma população sénior, 65+. Se o público alvo for esse aconselho vivamente.

Nice Property, location, but food was very average and overall very overpriced

Cons:

One of my bags was stolen in their luggage room and they didn't do anything except shrug their shoulders. No compensation, explanation or anything. I was devastated. Small room size for cost of 240 a night. I got dinner and breakfast and really average quality. Not to mention they charge you extra for any drinks with dinner. Wouldn't book again.
