The room was very comfortable, there are plenty of pools to choose from and different vibes as well, quiet and also more upbeat areas , plenty of sun in any of the pools and plenty of hamacas as well. Overall the experience in this hotel was nice, there are a few points to improve for me to decide to come back I'm afraid.
Check-in was 2 hours late in one of our rooms but we were pushed to check out so we decided not to spend the day at the hotel. There are plenty of option to have dinner/Lunch/Breakfast but the quality of the food and the menus can be improved. Dinner needs to be booked but no one checks at the door, the hotel can save the guest time by just asking at the check in the preferred Dinner time. Parking is not easy.

Excellent staff, we were greeted by reception staff with drinks and courtesy package, great location. Amazing balcony views, recommend the sea view obviously. Can't fault it. Breakfasts are amazing. Right next to Siam Park too.
Todo en general,la recepción las chicas encantadoras,la limpieza es estupenda,el tener unos aperitivos como cervezas vino cafés chuches sin coste alguno nos dejó con una sonrisa pues no lo había visto nunca,el personal de comedor ,te acompañan a la mesa y están súper organizados,la estancia supero la expectativa

The breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of different food to choose from but lunch was a different matter. I liked the room, located on the 5th floor with an ocean view, like we ordered. The air conditioning was superb!
The bed was quite hard, could have had an over mattress to soften the support a bit and one side of the bed was a bit squish. Like I said before, the lunch buffet was a disappointing. And there was not enough sun beds around the pool area for everyone. You have to go out really early to secure sun beds and stay on the bed, otherwise your towels will be taken off.
Very good hotel with an excellent location right on the beach and close to the casino. I had a few minor issues, but Marina handled them wonderfully. Excellent breakfast and dinner, and the reception staff was generally friendly and welcoming,good location good pool near to the casino also
They charge money for filtered water at dinner. Also, Camila from reception made an unnecessary comment when I took a glass of water from the welcome area, which felt a bit rude and unserviceable.
