séjour très agréable
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, très confortable et très propre. Nous n'avons été que dans la piscine rectangulaire près de notre chambre qui était chauffée et c'est bien agréable et très calme .

Cons:

En ce qui concerne les repas, je n'aime pas le poisson et certains soir les entrées n'étaient faite qu'a base de poisson donc je n'avais que des légumes comme entrée et en ce qui concerne les desserts étant intolérante au lactose je ne pouvais en manger aucun sauf des fruits alors qu'un simple sorbet ou un dessert sans lactose serait suffisant
surtout que tous les matins il y avait du lait sans lactose au petit déjeuner.

Room upgrade made huge difference, otherwise would have probably been just average good.
Pros:

Location, location,location. Reception & Guest services really good, friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Dining room was disorganised, replenishing foods often slow.

Wonderful experience in a small garden. Really good half board. Need to hurry to eat though as only open from 8 to 10Am
Pros:

It wasn’t big buildings but small little houses around a garden. The buffet was excellent and varied everyday.

Cons:

The VIP swimming pool was alongside the road, so a bit noisy. The standards ones, in the middle of the hotel were quieter

Taille humaine, personnel très aimable dans l’ensemble, hôtel bien situé

Cons:

Ce n’est pas vraiment ce que l’on définit comme étant un boutique hôtel. La qualité de la construction est médiocre, douche qui inonde , eau devant la porte de la chambre lorsqu’il pleut.

Pros:

We loved the hotel and all the available facilities. The bonus offerings of daytime snacks and drinks were very welcome.

Cons:

The offerings available at the buffet breakfast and dinner were extensive but the food could have been hotter. Starting with a warm/hot plate would have helped.

Lovely Adults only hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious and had a separate sitting area. It had a lovely view over looking the pool and a nice balcony with chairs and a table and sunbed to sit on. The food was varied and different themes every night.
We were greeted with a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in the room when we arrived which was a lovely welcoming touch.
The hotel was well placed half way between the centre of Playa Blanca and the Rubicon Marina.

Cons:

Could be a bit more seating in the entertainment areas. And the room could have done with a refresh.
But would still highly recommend.

Pros:

We were upgraded to a deluxe suite which was lovely. Bed was really comfy. Suite was spacious and clean and right beside the heated pool and sun deck. Breakfast was good and staff were all lovely. Location was perfect with a short walk to the seafront and marina. Bus stop 2 mins from hotel. Supermarket close to hotel

Cons:

Queues for breakfast between 09:00 and 09:30 daily, though staff managed it very well.
Dinner in the Dulce vita restaurant is only part of half board or full board package. We had a BnB package but staff kindly requested a booking for us.

Nice hotel in a quiet area
Pros:

Good location rooms comfortable cleaned every day food excellent with extensive choices.
Quiet location weather poor during our stay so we spent little time at the pools.

Cons:

Night entertainment not great, bar is located in the lobby with minimum seating Entertainment beside pool bar again small seating area available, actually went one of the nights and didn't stay as no seating available inside bar.

Restorative for my health.
Pros:

Staff welcoming, pleasant, friendly and caring. Property ideally placed to travel to beach, Rubicón for me. by taxi , as I suffer with mobility issues. Accommodation excellent and exactly as I requested. All in all a memorable experience.

Pros:

Beautiful place. Very well looked after, lovely design. We stayed in Deluxe Suite and it was beautiful. Great design, modern, clean, everything you could possible want. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Food in Italian restaurant in the hotel was delicious.

Cons:

Was further from centre than we expected. Food at pool bar was very basic.
