Pros:

La habitación amplia, con unas camas muy cómodas y un baño espectacular. Un sofá y nevera. Muy confortable

Cons:

La zona común merece una mejora porque el bar y su terraza es excesivamente caluroso y soleado, podrían poner unos toldos o pérgolas, incluso creo que trabajar con estás incomodidades de cara al servicio no debe ser nada agradable.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, Aziz et Ali au restaurant sont très gentils et bienveillants. On a pris une demi pension et le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient exceptionnel, ça changeait tous les jours. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour un séjour au calme avec des promenades entre les deux ports de Playa Blanca et marina Rubicon. Les animations tous les soirs à l’hôtel étaient top.

Cons:

L’idéal des égouts à la piscine surtout le soir, c’est très désagréable. L’incivilité est des gens qui réservent des transats pendant des heures : il faudrait faire quelque chose !

Pros:

From start to finish this hotel was excellent. Very clean comfortable rooms. The staff were fabulous and went above and beyond in all areas. We will definitely be back 🙂

Very good overall, especially the location and closeness to beach and restaurants.
Pros:

Location and rooms. Breakfast. Adult only.

Cons:

Staff still enter your bedroom when there is a privacy sign clear on the external door. Could be having a siesta, etc. and they still barge in, ignoring the please don’t enter privacy sign of “zzzzzzz’s”Food at pool bar was poor. Swimming pools are small.

We enjoyed our stay although very quiet for us.
Pros:

The breakfast and Lunch was nice and the snack bar at the pool. The drinks were good and branded. The barman at the hut by the pool was so friendly. Good location to everything.

Cons:

The choice for the evening meal was not very good. Nothing was replenished and run out of dishes on most occasions we were there. Salad was plentiful. The chef that did the omelettes for breakfast was quite rude and threw food onto our plates.

Rundum erholt und eine schöne Zeit gehabt!
Pros:

Uns hat der Einrichtungsstil des Zimmers gut gefallen - wir lieben es eher schlicht. Die Einrichtung war relativ neu und alles ganz. Die Matrazen waren etwas weich, aber ok. Die Auswahl an Kopfkissen war sehr gut. Die Deluxe Zimmer lohnen sich durchaus: es gibt einen guten Service und kleinen Poolbereich separiert nur für die Deluxe Zimmer.

Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich, aber leider für unseren Geschmack zu viel Britisches Feeling.

Das Abendessen hatte immer was dabei und war in den meisten Fällen auch heiß. Ausnahme: Hähnchen Kebab Spieß - das sollten sie lieber lassen und an der Fleischbrattheke fehlte manchmal eine zweite Kraft.

Der Service war "auf Zack" und immer sehr freundlich :-)

Cons:

Leider fehlte eine kleine Garderobe an der Eingangstür (so dass die Windjacken immer irgendwo herumlagen. Auch ein weiteres Einlegebrett im Schrank würde nicht schaden. Die Eingangstür schloss leider nicht so gut.
Es war teilweise sehr laut, da durch eine Baustelle in der Nähe der gesamte Verkehr durch diese Straße läuft. Wie lange die Baustelle noch existiert stand nicht dran.

Leider konnten sich einige Gäste nicht benehmen: z.B. Brötchen aus dem Korb mit den Fingern nehmen, obwohl daneben die Zange liegt. Obst antatschen und wieder zurück legen...
