La situacion, las instalaciones y el hotel en general.
La temperatura de la hab. para dormir era alta.
Right from the point of arriving we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Cava and booked into our room without delay. All the facilities we very well explained to us and were then shown to our accommodation. We had the bonus of being upgraded to a suite which was a very nice touch. Everything was perfect..

El que mes ens ha agradat de l’allotjament ha sigut l’amabilitat de tot el personal.
El primer dia quan vam arribar ens van donar una habitació superior a la que havíem triat, l’habitació estava súper bé amb piscina privada per algunes habitacions.
També ens ha agradat que la pisicina estava climatitzada.
El que menys ens ha agradat ha sigut el menjar. Creiem que la majoria de plats estaven pensats pels turistes i no per espanyols.
També millorable el gimnàs.

Location, courtesy of the staff, comfortable beds with 3 pillows, sleepers, free water refill stations. Night entertainments. There were complimentary chocolates and wine in the room
The restaurant closes at 9pm that is a bit early considering the sunset is after 8.30pm. On the first day our flight was late so we asked if we could still get some food. We had to wait until 10.30 pm to get some bread with chorizo, cheese and some sweets. It would have been great receiving this small ready platter without waiting 1 hour and perhaps more food variety since half board was included. There is strong sewage small that comes and goes around the pool bar. You have to rush in the morning in order to find sun longes available. The fruit at breakfast wasn’t fresh, specially the melon was acid! There is not a fun in the bathroom so after shower there is lot of steam.

Il aurait juste été bon qu'une navette soit mise à disposition entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport. Aussi que le petit déjeuner, excellent, débute plutôt à 7h30, que 8h, les départs pour les excursions étant souvent vers 8h15, 8h30
The food was great, and the variety of voice, excellent. Staff all very helpful and friendly.
We had use of the exclusive pool and drinks/food from our suite which we thought was outstanding.
It was noisy when the music festival was on next door! However, do understand this is not in your control.
So well run , excellent appreciation of guests which is rare in today’s society. Immaculate clean , staff friendly location excellent . Just very very good
