The lady at the réception though was really really friendly
It was average equipement, average welcome i just felt 1 guess among 1000 and not special care for anyone

plage en face de l'hôtel pas agréable pour la baignade
Ligging buiten het drukste deel is pluspunt, aanbod bij ontbijt en diner is gigantisch, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zwembaden zijn groot en vrijwel altijd een ligbed vrij.
Voor de rust moet je hier niet zijn, altijd druk rond het zwembad en in de eetzaal. Jammer genoeg iedere avond luide animatie tot 23u, boekje lezen op de ruime balkons is moeilijk
La colazione internazionale era molto completa ed ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, anche la piscina fronte mare a sfioro è bellissima.
Personale molto preparato e quando abbiamo fatto presente che i vicini di stanza facevano casino la notte sono intervenuti prontamente
forse sarebbe il caso al check in mettere un braccialetto ai ragazzi da 12anni in su onde evitare accessi nelle zone proibite ai minori dei 12 anni come nella jacuzzi e nella piscina a sfioro dove i genitori se ne sono approfittati a più riprese.
Très beau séjour au H10 Costa Adeje Palace ! Hôtel agréable, propre et très reposant, avec de belles piscines et une ambiance familiale. Le personnel était accueillant et notre fille a beaucoup apprécié les espaces pour enfants. Une très belle façon de terminer nos vacances à Tenerife ❤️
Tout était parfait pour nous
The location is great if you want to stay away from the big crowds in Costa Adeje or Playa de Las Americas. The beach in front of the hotel is quite big and very nice as it's not overcrowded.
The hotel is very clean and staff is amazing, very attentive and very dedicated to make your stay as nice as possible.
There is a lot to offer inside the hotel and there is a different shows going on every night. There is a lot of amenities, especially for kids to enjoy themselves.
Parking is a bit problematic as there is a limited number of spaces in front. There is free public parking available all around the hotel, but it is usually quite packed over the day - people going to the nice beach and camper vans.
If you don't want to listen to shows every night, be sure to take the room that doesn't overlook the inside yard of the hotel - the pool area. There is a show going on until 11pm most nights.
We really liked the hotel grounds — beautiful, green and very well maintained. The location is peaceful and quiet, but you can easily walk to a lively little village nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cocktails at the bar were delicious!
We didn’t like that there were no available spaces in the underground parking, and it wasn’t possible to reserve a parking spot in advance. The food was quite varied, but unfortunately, the taste and overall quality of some dishes could be improved(squid)

Hard bed. Musty smell in room. Looked a bit tatty in places away from main areas.
Great location- hotel located beside the ocean. Near the hotel there are shops, restaurants.
I would like better quality of room cleaning service.
