Emplacement.

Cons:

Buffet moyen et chaque jour la meme chose.
Heureusement que nous étions en demi pension avec repas le midi. Difficile d etre la en all in à mon avis.
Personnel pour le service à table désagréable.
L hotel est assez vieillissant.
Piscine froide alors que marqué chauffée.

Makulátlan szálloda csodás kerttel, ízléses belső terekkel, és mindenkire gondoló medencékkel.Még a lift is rejteget meglepetést ha felnézel. :) A személyzet nagyon kedves,mindenre figyel, nem tolakodóak. Napi takarítás a szobákban, és mindenhol a hotel területén. Csendes, jól lehetett pihenni, az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, az ágynemű kellemes. Az ételek kiválóak, hatalmas választékkal, igazán minden emberre gondolnak, még a táplálék érzékenyekre is. Összeségében elégedettek vagyunk, erősen ajánlom a barátainknak is, biztosan jövünk máskor is, sőt ide fogom a fiam nászútját ajándékba befizetni ! A skybár is első osztályú, a naplemente onnan felejthetetlen.

Cons:

Sajnos fizetni kellett a vízforralóért, mivel sajnos korán kelők vagyunk s hálóingben szeretünk kávézni. Ugyen nem volt sok az összeg, de meg kell jegyeznem, és fiizetős a széf is és a kávéfőző is.
A nagy medence felett lévő bárban nagyon fáztunk, igen huzatos, valami szélvédő megoldás kellene legalább az óceán felöl,szóval oda melegebben öltözz ha fúj a szél.

Gutes Resort, aber...
Pros:

Gute Lage in eher ruhiger Ecke (nicht direkt an der Costa Adeje). Personal und Sauberkeit top. Parkplätze standen eigentlich immer zur Verfügung, aber ab Mai wurde es langsam kritisch.

Cons:

Zwar viel Auswahl beim Essen, aber oft eher geschmacklos. Drei Klassen Gesellschaft: Türkis, lila, schwarz (Privilege). Bei Halbpension ist abends nicht mal stilles Wasser inklusive. Alles muss extra bezahlt werden. Ende April war es noch gut, aber Mai wurde das Hotel extrem voll und laut. Der Essensbereich gleicht einer großen Kantine, außer man bucht All Inklusive oder Privilege, dann stehen einem andere Restaurants, gesonderte Liegen und ein Rooftoppool zur Verfügung in den man als "normaler Gast" nicht rein kommt. Ab dem ersten Mai begann plötzlich überall das Animationsprogramm und auch die Gäste waren plötzlich eher Partytouristen. Beim Check Out gab es vier Reihen zum anstellen und als wir dran waren, sagte man uns, dass wir uns bitte in der einzigen "Check Out Line" anstellen sollen, die aber nirgends ausgeschildert war. Es schien so, als wäre es wichtiger ankommende Gäste schnell zufrieden zu stellen, als auscheckende Gäste abzufertigen. Im Zimmer gab es nur einen halben Kleiderschrank, daher haben wir zwei Wochen aus dem Koffer gelebt.

L’emplacement est idéal un peu en dehors de la zone touristique très fréquentée. On peut facilement opter pour des plages plus tranquille.

Cons:

J’éviterai la haute saison car ça reste un hôtel de grande envergure.
