Very spacious apartament, clean and modern. Kitchen a bit small, but enough space to prepare breakfast or a light lunch. Very large bedrooms, clean bathrooms (4 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms), lovely little terrace to enjoy morning coffee. The residence has also a garden, but it was too cold to enjoy it. Perfect space for families or larger groups.
The staff was really helpful and polite. They agreed for an early check-in as we arrived in Brussels very early. I totally recomend the apartament.
The hotel staff is very involved in guests' needs. I had a late check-in and was quite hungry - they manged to provide me a dinner, even having that the kitchen was already closed. On checkout they also refunded all the breakfasts, which I requested, but not used.
Apartments are in a couple of blocks from the hotel. My taxi dropped me out near to the apartments building and I had hard time to figure out how to check-in. Thanks to a lady, who was living in one of the apartments and who told me where to go for check-in.
I am a returning guest. The residence is ideally located also in terms of easy access to public transport. Studios and apartments are very comfortable and with a nice contemporary setting. The location is very quiet.
Whilst the Thon Florence Residence is listed by Booking as hotel accomodation, it is actually a longterm hotel residence. This means that your room will not be made daily and your water bottle will not be replaced daily nor will there be daily cleaning of the room. My experience is that for bookings of less than a week, there will be no room cleaning at all. For bookings of a week or more, the room will be cleaned and serviced once a week. This is relevant if, when looking for a hotel solution, you are counting on daily room cleaning and service.

The apartment we rented was quite large and had a well-equipped kitchen. It is in a good location, very quiet, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit to Brussels.
The check-in and check-out process for this property is quite inconvenient. It takes place in a different building, which is about 200 meters away from the actual apartment. This means that guests have to walk with their luggage, potentially in the rain or late at night, to reach their accommodation. This setup can be quite frustrating, especially after a long journey.
One window off the apartment was broken and they do not solve it until de second day and they do not provide us any solution or compensation.

The size and layout of the apartment.
Compared to similar apartments in Brussels, this one was missing a personal touch. It was fine, but gave the impression of an office, rather then a home. The wall decoration was cardboard printed posters, no small items to give a genuine personalised feeling.
The place was calm and has everything you may need (even a washing machine). It is like a house. Having the kitchen and fridge was practical specially for eating at night.
I stayed 5 nights and cleaning was not done (they might do it weekly, I believe). I run out of supplies (toilet paper, etc), not very practical if you need to take care of, specially if you are on a business trip.
