Enjoyed the hotel, it's closeness to airport, the restaurant on site and breakfast was great.
Pros:

the room was comfortable; appreciated the cocktail lounge and the convenience of having restaurant on site. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

check in was fine, room was fine

Cons:

The bartender has to go. Slow, unattentive. Never did wait on me for dinner or drinks. I had to get up from the bar and talk to a server 3 times for my meal drink and bill and again to pay. Rediculous! Male bartender has been there for at least 2 years because I remember how bad he was last time. Time to go!!

Loved the friendly staff :) loved the happy hour as i had dinner... great location for easy to/from airport using the shuttle with a super friendly and funky chap driving that bus :)

Overall outstanding stay-The room was clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly and professional
Pros:

Breakfast options offered were great. It was nice to have an option to have an omelet vice only scrambled eggs.
The room was large, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The only suggestion I would make is to ensure the Guest Services directory is updated. I called room service to place an order for dinner however no answer. I reached out to Kendra; Operations Manager and she provided the updated information that Room Service was not available. She stated I would have to order to go, and restaurant opens at 4:30 and that she will definitely see if she can get the information in the Guest Services directory updated.

Very nice hotel with an excellent staff and good food available.
Pros:

The room as quiet, spacious and clean. The desk person who checked us in was very friendly, kind and helpful. I believe her name is Kelly Shoefield. She made sure we had everything we needed, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. We had had our connecting flight cancelled and that is why we were spending one night in Denver with the majority of our luggage checked and not available to us.
We ate at the restaurant and dinner was very good and the included breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations.

Nunca fui tão mal atendido em toda a minha vida. Primeiro a recepcionista, uma senhora com um piercing sem vontade alguma de trabalhar, me tratou feito lixo quando eu cheguei. Depois ganhamos welcome drinks e o rapaz do bar só faltou jogar a bebida em mim, pedi vinho tinto e ele respondeu que só tinha branco e que se eu não quisesse ele jogava no lixo. Um horror, não sei como não existe um gerente para acompanhar a equipe
