Pros:

Posizione perfetta, appartamento un po' piccolo forse per 5 persone ma perfetto per 4! Lo staff è gentilissimo e super professionale, la stanza pulitissima e i servizi organizzati molto bene.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and kind. We could not have breakfast, so they kindly offered to reimburse the breakfast, which proved earning was not the most important.
The place in the city was just great, among many boutique shops, restaurants and 7 minutes to the Picasso museum.

Cons:

Firstly, we could not find signs showing to the entrance and needed to ask a shop next, where they said everyone is asking, so why not putting a sign.

Another issue was that there are no doors inside, so NO privacy between the rooms.

Thirdly, bathroom doors were transperant, so anyone going to the bathroom at night was waking up evrfyone in the appartment as the light was coming to all the rooms.

The additional bed was not a real bed, uncomfortable and making great noises, the person sleeping on it could not have a rest.

Another issue was the fact that if you think you book an apartment and will be able to do some dinner and coffee for your family, fortget it, there are no appliances for that or they do not work. Apparently we found out there was a separate kitchen in the building.

The last issue is that sweets are put on the table in the kitchen openly in front of the entrance and kids might take them without realising they cost as a real hotel mini bar.

Overall do not recomend if tgese issues are not solved.

Disappointing....
Pros:

Close to major tourist attractions and shopping

Cons:

Very dark inside. Could use a few more lamps. Could hear all of the.neighbors conversation.
Advertised has having a kitchen but stove was disconnected. Bad sewer smell coming from kitchen sink.
Overall it was overpriced for what it offered.

Great location, excellent and friendly staff, good size room but does require some TLC.

Great location, very friendly staff and plenty to do for small children around the hotel.

Cons:

Some of the facilities require modernising and TLC. No noise barrier from the outside.

Un’ottima struttura gestita da persone attente e gentili e in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città
Pros:

La stanza (una junior suite molto piacevole dotata di tutto quello che serve, con un angolo soggiorno una postazione per caffè e tè, una tv con canali di tutto il mondo più Netflix ecc. Ammobiliati con mobili dal design moderno di gusto e accoglienti, comodini con due tipi di luce, tutte le prese necessarie. Bottiglie d’acqua gentilmente a disposizione per tutto il soggiorno. Bagno grande e comodo con doccia perfettamente funzionante, un bel getto d’acqua calda. Ottimi prodotti per capelli e corpo. Personale disponibile per ogni esigenza, gentile e simpatico, molti parlano italiano. Ottimi consigli su ristoranti ecc. Colazione perfetta con frutta fresca (anche frutti di bosco), yogurt, cereali, ottimi croissant, dolci, e anche qualcosa di salato.

Cons:

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa mancano in bagno dei ganci per gli asciugamani e forse qualche courtesy set tipo cuffia per la diccia (fondamentale!) e veline o dischetti di cotone.

Pros:

Die Lage war super. Das Zimmer war für 5 Personen doch etwas klein also für 4 Personen wäre es perfekt. Der Service durch das Hotepersonal war super. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer geputzt und wir wurden immer nett begrüßt. Auch die Taxibestelleung am Abreisetag hat super funktioniert.

Cons:

Obwohl wir ein Zimmer für 5 Personen gebucht hatten, bekamen wir leider immer 3 Kaffekapseln.
