Pros:

Die Lage war super. Das Zimmer war für 5 Personen doch etwas klein also für 4 Personen wäre es perfekt. Der Service durch das Hotepersonal war super. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer geputzt und wir wurden immer nett begrüßt. Auch die Taxibestelleung am Abreisetag hat super funktioniert.

Cons:

Obwohl wir ein Zimmer für 5 Personen gebucht hatten, bekamen wir leider immer 3 Kaffekapseln.

Good holiday, but price - quality, way off.
Pros:

The location is great. You have everything you need in a walk distance. The staff is great and very helpful!

Cons:

We stay in 104 room… noisy! Very much noise. We could hear everyone going down the stairs and between 8:00 and 10:00 it’s impossible to rest.
The breakfast is two stars at best and the hotel is not more than 3, even though they advertised for 4.

Atención excelente
Pros:

Destacar el trato del personal. Llegamos a las 24:30h y nos estaban esperando con una sonrisa. La discreción y tranquilidad del hotel. El encargado trato excelente, siempre pendiente de los clientes, dándonos ideas y ayudándonos en todo momento. Muy familiar.
