Pros:

Il bagno grande, ristrutturato di recente
La vicinanza al centro, è in centro, comodissimo per visitare a piedi la città.
Parcheggio interrato comodo, da prenotare.
Ottima e abbondante colazione

Cons:

Non c'è l'aria condizionata che non sarebbe un problema per la Normandia ma quando ci siamo stati noi faceva molto caldo.
La strada sotto è trafficata ma con le doppie finestre si riesce ad avere comunque silenzio

Pros:

The location is good
The man on reception on the morning we left was exceptional, he brought us 2 frozen water to take with us, very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room was small, very dark and depressing. The carpet was full of stains. Had to leave the window open due to the heat and the street outside was unbearable, it went on the whole time. Didn’t have more than one hours sleep. The corridor leading to the room had a terrible smell

Posizione ottima, camera ampia con grande bagno ristrutturato (doccia molto grande). Ottima anche la colazione. Parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze convenzionato con l'hotel.

Pros:

This is a small, cozy, nicely decorated hotel. My room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is unbeatable. There is lots to see right in the area, and very good access to transit.

Beim Besuch von Rouen würde ich wieder kommen.

Une adresse à recommander
Pros:

Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées . Le personnel est très attentionné pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et copieux. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour se rendre à pied vers les principaux sites touristiques de Rouen .

si vous cherchez un hôtel bien placé choisissez le 1er Consul !
Pros:

Personnel souriant et à l'écoute, très bonne literie. Calme et très bien placé.

Cons:

Manque la climatisation, et un coup de propre niveau peinture et moquette ( préférer le carrelage ou le parquet pour plus d'hygiène)
