Everything good, everything perfect! Lovely hotel!! Aaaammaaaaaziiiing staff!!! Very kind and helpful people working in this hotel :)))
The room was clean! Nice and comfortable bed, and nice size bathroom!
Super happy with the stay! If we come back to Rouen one day, for sure we will stay here again!

Colazione ottima e abbondante, ampia scelta dolce e salato.
Posizione ottima, vicino a parcheggi a pagamento e a siti di interesse, raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi (st maclou, cattedrale, torre dell'orologio etc).

Cons:

la struttura e' un po' vecchieggiante, in particolare la fontana del lavandino e della doccia erano un pochino difettose e, soprattutto, lo scarico del water non funzionava.

Pros:

Fijne locatie, op loopafstand (ongeveer 10 minuten) van de kathedraal en de winkelstraat.
Goed ontbijt.
Schone familiekamer, uitkijkend op een heel klein binnenplaatsje. De kamer zelf was verder vrij somber zoals van een hotelkamer te verwachten is, had wel een waterkoker.
Ook een pluspunt, voor het raam zat een rolluik, hierdoor was de kamer goed te verduisteren.

Cons:

Het twee-persoonsbed had harde matrassen en bovendien aan een kant van het bed een diepe kuil in het matras.
