Great hotel and staff 👌
Very good service and good breakfast
Rooms need a little tlc
It was good until 5am when we were woken up.
The lobby smelt like fish and we were woken up at 5am by the cleaning ladies slamming the doors and yelling to each other from the rooms they were cleaning! Not so pleasant when you have an early flight.
Location is good for my purposes but the parking is why I stayed there. It is just a mainstream hotel like all the others . Now they have blocked off at least 200 or more parking for private use it is impossible to find a parking if you arrive after 8pm. The staff pretend it isn’t a problem until you push and at the moment allowed you into the private parking but this won’t last long as being barricaded off .
I won’t be back . I will be going somewhere that has parking and the same generic rooms for the price
The parking ! What was the selling feature - great and easy parking is no longer . They have blocked off a huge section - at least 200 plus parking as and they are being rented for private use . Now totally impossible to find a parking after 7/8pm. Multiple people with same issue and staff clearly being told to act as if they don’t know and insist there must be . Until you tell them to come and find you one . In fact another customer in line told me they showed her to the private section which is still under construction for the barricades .
I won’t be back - can go to another mainstream hotel with better parking or prices
Situation
Room allocated had a camp bed in it - travelling as a couple? No bedside table on one side of double bed. Shower cubicle was shallow and prone to overflowing. Room more suited for couple with child?
An unexpectedly smart hotel, with an expansive lobby, a good (although expensive…) bar and lovely food. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and commendably quiet, given that the hotel is basically alongside one of Heathrow’s runways!
£14 for a large glass of wine? But I guess that’s London for you.

It’s very convenient for Heathrow with an excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Great service and very comfortable beds.

Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Our stay was very comfortable and breakfast was good.
A superb hotel for plane spotting and an excellent location for London Heathrow Airport. Superb facilities, lovely food, room was clean and very comfortable. The airport shuttle bus service is great, and we had a wonderful short stay.

Amazing property to stay at especially the runway view
Only fault is the fact that the shuttle bus is a whopping £7 per person which I personally think is a robbery considering hotels in the states provide complimentary shuttle buses
The journey was quick around 6 mins to the terminal making this ride over £1 per minute
Other than that I cannot fault the hotel
The front desk wasn’t very organised it took over 30mins to check in. Even when we got to the desk the person checking us in walked away in the middle of checking us in for 15mins
