Breakfast was excellent and our stay was great. The inside if the hotel is a little tired. The paint job to grey and blue on the outside is really quite awful. The design of the building is cool and classic and this has made it ugly

Needs a spruce up. Thought the bathroom hadn’t even been cleaned but it turns out, the marks on the floor are all stains…although the mirror was dirty. Some bits of the woodwork needed repairing, just looked shabby overall.
I have used the Renaissance hotel at Heathrow many times. As a solo traveller I find it comfortable and safe

De executive lounge viel zo tegen en was alles behalve de plaatjes. Ik verblijf geregeld en boek het soms extra om daar te verblijven, maar dit was nog minder dan een slechte bedrijfskantine.
The staff upgraded us since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary including use of the Executive Lounge.
Great hotel to stay whether going or picking up travellers. Lots of parking, charging points and comfortable rooms. Bed is so comfortable.
