Nothing like our last stay Couldn’t get in executive suite for drinks

We’ve stayed before Love the executive suite This time travelled up from Cornwall Very dissapointed

Cons:

3 adults arrived! No bed sheets anywhere for sofa bed 1 pillow Coffee machine missing unable to make a hot drink Seems maid didn’t do her job correctly 1 bathrobe 1 slipper for 3 adults Very disappointed! Also told we could go to exec room for drinks and snacks We had driven 6 hrs from Cornwall Tried to get in no seats why pay extra when you can’t get in room for drinks etc😡

I loved the location and the hotel

Cons:

The nasty surprise of 45 pounds over night parking charge that I didn’t expect as booking.com said this was 15 pounds per night
