Our room faced a wall of AC machines. Also the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner bottles located on the wall of the bath/shower have labels that are 90 degrees from one's eyeline when standing in the shower.It would be a good idea if they had labels above the bottles telling the guest what they contain? Also, the sgower gel container was empty.
Room was great for a layover for a flight. The view was obstructed with cooling equipment but a view was not requested and not the point of our stay. Food was really good at the in hotel bar.

Nice hotel. Furnishings in the room were better than most. There is a shuttle bus every half hour. The hotel has its
own shuttle bus route, so service is faster to/from the airport than most other Heathrow Airport hotels, and there is less chance of overcrowding on the shuttle bus at popular times.
There was a lack of space between the toilet and the counter in the bathroom. The door to the room was narrower than most, making it difficult to get luggage in and out.
