Good location, good space wise, good reception, maintenance issues, not sure I would book again
Pros:

Staff responsive via Whatsapp like a record ok ok a hotel

The location is good, about 30 minutes walk from center and short cab ride.

It was clean enough.

2 bath 3 beds 2 full and sofa (as always sofa bed is ok for kids but very loud on the street was a negative bring noise sound plus earplug)

Kitchen is useful.

Breakfast place 5 minutes walk was excellent

Cons:

It is not maintained well:
Foul odor sewage, from one of the bathroom (they put a product to fix it) it did came back but we were leaving so we did not ask them again. This should not happen and should be treated before check in this seems like a recurring issue

One toilet seat was almost falling off I did not want another stranger coming into my room to fix that that is easy maintenance to take care of they can see when they clean!

The hot water heater was not working we had to wait a day and get another stranger in the apartment it was fix at the end of day 2.

The AC remote did not function well could not see display but they did work it was hard to see number it probably need new battery.

Sofa needed deep cleaning it look dirty. We use it as a bed so we did not have to look at it or sit on it.

No black out curtain bring eye mask and ear plugs for noise bedrooms are quieter but still I use sound machine too.

My stay was wonderful, and I will definitely choose to stay here again every time I visit Madrid.

The reception desk was located in a different building.

The street noise at night made it difficult to make full use of the sofa bed.

Buen tamaño, muy limpio, sin agua caliente.
Pros:

El departamento es de buen tamaño, lo encontramos muy limpio. El obsequio de bienvenida fue un buen detalle.

Cons:

No tuvimos agua caliente a pesar de que lo reportamos. Fue un técnico a las 00:00hrs a solucionarlo pero no tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos a la hora que llegamos.

Very good apartmant, friendly staff, good locatuon, amazing interior design
Pros:

Beautiful apartmant, cozy and spacious, nice rooms with amazing details. Well equipped kitchen, good aircondition, everything was nice. Getting in is easy with the code and the location was good, close to stores, metro. Good breakfast until 11, which is a plus

Cons:

The only minor inconvenience was the 5 min walk to the other building for breakfast, but we were informed about it prior to the arrival, so not a bit issue
