Very clean, comfortable, stylish apartments in a perfect central location - highly recommended.
Pros:

We really liked that this is a historic building from 1899 that has been completely renovated. Everything feels very new and well maintained - the infrastructure, furniture, elevator, and facilities - and the entire apartment was very clean and tastefully designed.
The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the keyless self check-in process was very convenient and easy.

Cons:

The street outside can be a little noisy at times, but this is a reasonable compromise for staying in such a central location.
The bedroom windows face the inner courtyard, so the rooms are a bit dark during the day, although that also makes them quiet and comfortable for sleeping.

Ubicacion muy buena ya que estabamos cerca de todo.

Habia dos cuartos de bano y uno estaba totalmente fuera de uso…. Eramos 5 , En el lavabo el agua no se iba, o sea no se podia usar !! La ducha impossible tambien ya que no se podia cerrar la puerta de la ducha; el lavabo estaba puesto tan alto que para una persona de mediana altura no se puede usar, el grifo estaba suelto, no habia nada para poner la ropa mientras que se ducha… el otro cuarto de bano, para tener agua caliente media hora hasta que llega ! La ducha no se aguantaba asi que era un desastre para ducharse, muy INCOMODO !!!!! El ruido de la calle impossible de dormir ya que justo al lado estaban los bomberos y cada dos por tres salian con las sirenas puestas, la ventana de la sala no se podia cerrar del todo asi que el ruido de la calle parecia que estaban en la ventana nuestra;; terrible !!! Era sofa cama en el salon.

Bait and switch of what properties you see and wha you actually get paying a premium for a different Lower end apartment which they later confirm that this is actual practice. Cleanliness of beds and sofa is so bad

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement de charme au cœur de Madrid
Pros:

L’emplacement très central de l’appartement pour se déplacer dans Madrid.
L’accès simple au logement avec un code sécurisé.
Le style du mobilier, le charme de l’appartement.
La gentillesse du personnel et leur réactivité pour solutionner les problèmes rencontrés (problème d’eau chaude le dernier jour réglé très rapidement)

Cons:

Les variations de température et de pression pour les douches (deux salles de bains mais impossible de les utiliser simultanément).
Le manque d’équipement : nous avons du redemander des couverts pour en avoir un jeu par personne. Il serait bien de prévoir une vérification entre les différentes locations.
La machine à café d’une marque non standard.
Le canapé lit peu confortable.

Die Lage war optimal! Der Eingangsbereich außen des Apartments sah schrecklich aus. Drinnen war es aber schön restauriert.

Cons:

Auf der Booking Seite wird das Apartment mit vielen Bildern gezeigt, unter anderem eine tolle Dachterrasse. Auf diese hatten wir uns sehr gefreut. Leider gehörte sie nicht zu unserem Apartment. Daher war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier nicht ausgewogen. Dazu waren wir zu fünft und nutzten das Ausziehsofa. Dadurch war das Wohnzimmer aus Platzgründen nicht mehr als Aufenthaltsraum nutzbar. Also Vorsicht beim Aussuchen des Apartments! Genau lesen, welches ihr bucht!

Logement agréable
Pros:

Le logement et l’immeuble ont été rénové récemment, il était propre, lumineux et confortable. Bon emplacement, à proximité de plusieurs stations de métro.
Petit dejeuner ( super buffet 😋) et bagagerie a l’hôtel Akeah à 5 mn à pied.

Cons:

Bémol pour le couchage sur le canapé lit : beaucoup de bruit provenant de la rue ( avec la fenêtre fermée) , les stores ne sont pas totalement occultants et le lit grinçait …

Due supermercati di fronte al b&b servizi bar e pizzerie a portata di mano.
