Lovely property that would be perfect with a few small upgrades.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely room with balcony and outside table and chairs overlooking the pool. Enjoyed the happy hour and the breakfast. Nice warm pool and spa.

Cons:

Rooms short on amenities. No cups or glasses in the rooms. No hooks im the bathroom for hanging your clothes. Only one towel rack for four people and that hung over the toilet so towels hit you in the head. Also our room was over the koi pond and the pump ran off and on all night, interrupting our sleep.

We loved the location and enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location - it’s close to the beach, many restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The staff we interacted with were nice and welcoming, but it wasn’t always easy to find staff. There was a sign at the desk saying back in 5 min or 15 min. We were going to ask for the water to be refilled or extra towels, something simple. It seems that the property has limited staffing.

Cute pool and ambiance, but a bit expensive and old feel.
Pros:

Really eclectic decorations and cool vibe. Unique for sure, and the pool area was very nice and relaxing. The lobby was really amusing, welcoming and had board games etc. the location was nice, right next to the beach and walkable to restaurants etc.. the fish pond was very fun, and the staff were nice to let us play with the fish. Overall we were happy. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. Lots of TV options.

Cons:

Definitely a bit expensive, and when we entered our room or felt dirty and outdated. There was dust all over, the bathroom was small and had broken tiles which were repaired. Just felt a bit rough. Balcony hadn't been cleaned in ages. White tile flooring felt like a kitchen, not cozy. The rest of the hotel was nice, just wished the room was a bit nicer for the price. Breakfast was okay, but wished it was better, kinda slim options.

I loved the property and the balcony, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was also decent.

Cons:

The room was not very clean when I arrived, hairs in the bed and sticky surfaces. I put the ‘please make up my room’ sign on the door on my 2nd day, nothing happened, on the 3rd day I asked front desk if my room could be cleaned they said sure, nothing happened, on the 4th day I went down and asked for toilet paper and towels as I knew no one would come to fix up the room. I stayed 5 nights and always had the ‘please make up my room’ sign on my door when I was out and no cleaning happened.

La situacioó, davant la platja.

Cons:

No ens ha agradat gens, de fet ens hem hagut d’anar després del primer vespre i perdre la reserva dels dos dies que quedaven. L’habitacio estava bruta i descuidada, feia una olor rara, i sota el llit hi havia uns bitxos que semblaven xinxes (bedbugs). El personal de recepció molt estupid i l’esmorzar molt pobre. No recoman gens l’hotel.

Pros:

We were very impressed with the size of the room (2 bedroom, king, queen) and wished we could have stayed more than one night. The location was incredible - only one block from the beach! The clerk was also so kind and accommodating, allowing us to check out late and helping us arrange free bikes to ride down the beach path. Would definitely return!

We were only crashing there for one night, minus the pool overall we loved it there. Thank you for being a great host,

The room was really big and comfortable. The staff was super nice. It was one girl and she literally ran the whole thing herself was amazing.

I didn’t stay there it was my sisters and mom and they absolutely love it.

Cons:

The pool was a bit smaller than the pictured. Because of the many plants the pooled got debris fall into it.

Had to wait nearly an hour to get into our room after a 6 hour drive, little in the way of apology in fact one person on the front desk almost seemed angry with us! When we eventually got into the room there was a smell of urine and the hairdryer was broken. Definitely wouldn't stay again and very glad we only booked for 1 night.

It’s a very loud hotel. Our room was right next to the entrance (6 inches from the door) so every door closure was so loud. There’s no parking lot, no AC (they give you a little fan), and it needs to be updated
