Pros:

I liked the Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Nice staff.
I didn't luke that the AC didn't work. No microwave oven. Very tiny refrigerator. Got stuck in elevator twice. No stair case to use and svoid avoid elevator.

Pros:

Hotel rooms needs a lot of updating. Old and smelly. No pool or other facilities and the weight room bathrooms were unusable. Absolutely nothing to do if you want to kill some time. Unless you want to walk to a mall?? The shuttle was not useable for terminal 3, of course the terminal we needed.

I was told the hotel is 1 year old. but the corridors and rooms have another story to tell. they looked aged. intercom did not work and the kettle was leaking. so not ideal. AC was loud was not cooling the room. hot water from the shower had a mind of its own by shooting boiling hot to cool every few seconds. so not a good shower too. on a plus side the restaurant and the food were perfect !
the hotel needs to address these issues ASAP !

Spent a short night at this hotel awaiting my flight at CDG the next morning. The hotel lobby looks quite grand as you step in. The check-in was quick and easy, staff was polite and professional. The room was nice, clean enough and comfortable. The airport shuttle was important for me as I needed to get to the airport on time, and it worked efficiently. I did not get to try the breakfast nor eat at the restaurant. Overall, recommend.

Our room was dated, with scratched walls, but worst - was smelly with old tobacco smoke though we specifically requested non-smoking room. Complained at checkout. Stuff is polite and available.

The shuttle was on time, but what we did not realize is that they don't take you to the right place it is one location that is the drop off. We were no prepared for that.

This hotel is being renovated. We were in a newly renovated room which was very nice. Staff at reception were good however they were having some issues with the key card machine which resulted in having to go back to reception because we could not get into our room. The food was fine in the restaurant but not many options. The room had a Nespresso machine and two complimentary water bottles. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes but not between noon and 5 pm. This made a long wait for us.

Only stayed for one night before our flight but the building was so beautiful we wished we were able to stay longer! Airport shuttle only seats 6 so we had to wait for an extra 30 minutes, but was easy and convenient

Room was nice for a short stay. We had some problems turning off the room a/c and a telephone that wasn't working. The front desk sent a technician up who solved issues in a timely manner. Complimentary airport transportation is a real plus.

The room was very comfortable and lovely. Nice complimentary tea, coffee and water. I was hoping the shops would be closer to walk to. A fine experience. After Italy 6€ for cappuccino was a bit excessive! 😉
