Horrible experience overcharged for what was given
Pros:

There was no breakfast., when questioned why there was no breakfast I was just told that was not true. There was no breakfast. Also no one came to clean our room on the second day. We had no clean towels, dirty bathroom, and then we were told housekeeping was gone for the day the desk person brought us some towels unfolded, and some face cloths that looks like they were stained with feces and blood. The toilet leaked on the floor and both rooms very dissatisfied.

Cons:

Would it be better if housekeeping came and gave us clean towels and straight into the room but there was no housekeeping and then we were given soiled, stained towels and washcloths there were supposed to be a hot breakfast. There was no breakfast and no one seemed to care toilet leaking all over the floor and again housekeeping did not come, so there was no fresh towels. There is no coffee. It was definitely overpriced for what was given and the front desk people didn’t care.

Great spot to return to when visiting the Cape.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Very clean and plenty of room. I liked the Microwave and Ref refrigerator.

Cons:

Coffee machine but no cups or creamer. Would have liked a breakfast offerinng.

Pros:

Rooms very clean and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Pillows were too firm. Indoor pool area was very cold and the pool was running, but not open to swim . No continental breakfast as advertised.

Pros:

Great location. Rooms were fine. Clean! Pillows and sheets were great! My only complaint was a faint odor of cigarette smoke smell. The rooms look newly renovated but I think back then they were allowed to smoke in the rooms and I deff think it’s in the walls! Other than that it was fine!

The building was nice, the room was good sized, comfortable, and everything worked as it should.

Cons:

The only problem with the place is its location in relation to the rotary on the east side of the Bourn Bridge. I came back to the motel in late afternoon 330PM and the last mile or so took half an hour. Certainly NOT the fault of the motel.
