The location was ideal. I would have liked more for breakfast than what was offered. Maybe a waffle maker, scrambled eggs

Clean room, friendly staff, quiet, and great location.
Only a couple of restaurants near this location. We were their for 3 nights and had to live out of suitcases because the suites have no drawers for clothes (or any luggage rack). Breakfast was more like continental breakfast.
The staff was friendly. They let us check-in early. The room was fairly clean.
The hallway light was very bright and the window blinds did not keep the light out so the room was bright all night long. The carpet was not very clean probably due to a poorly maintained vacuum. The towels are TINY and you only get one tiny towel per person.
It was very clean and everyone was helpful and friendly.
Need to work on the breakfast.
Food selection was not very good.
Also needed to be restocked and had to go to the front desk to get someone to help both days.
My room was great; however, the other room had to ask for towels and toilet paper.

New room. Beds were comfortable. Did like the mirror that had heat to get rid of steam.
Lighting in room could be better. Steps only to upstairs. Drain in bathroom sink was very slow draining. The pool and hot tub water was cloudy. Breakfast is not great.
The hotel is right over the Bourne Bridge with easy access to getting onto major roadways to other parts of the Cape.
The room had no drawers to put clothes into, just a small closet area with some hangers. There were coffee cups, plates, forks etc... but not dish liquid to wash them with.
L'hôtel était impeccablement propre. Tout fonctionnait très bien dans la chambre: climatisation, frigo, douche, etc. La literie était également très confortable. Nous avons apprécié le soin porté à cet établissement.
Romm was large. Bed was comfortable. Location is convenient to bridge.
Traffic circle can be a little noisy
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There a nice patio to sit outside. We did not use the pool. Most of the staff was very friendly
Well we could not figure out how to use the TV...we were told all we could get was live TV. There were no instructions. Continental breakfast was okay but the hours open are 6 30 to 9 30. The guests above us were very loud from 8PM till 2AM...we should have called the front desk but didnt want to cause any trouble. Traffic on the bridge was loud. We arrived at 1 40 and asked if we could have early check in but it was going to cost an additional $30.00. She said we can get early check at 2 without the extra charge. We went and sat in our car for 20 minutes.

Property has been entirely renovated recently. Room is very clean and well equipped.
