I am just back from an enjoyable 8 night stay at the Hotel & I must say that most things about it were excellent, just 1 negative which i will come too.

Positives:-
The Location is great - Just far enough away from the centre to be quiet as there is no need for anyone to come up to this part of town (apart from Lidl), but also close enough to be involved in the nightlife if you fancied.
The staff are very friendly & helpful
The Hotel is kept very clean
Breakfast are awesome, with lots of choice.
The Pool area is kept clean & was very quiet most of the time with no need to fight for sunbeds
The Premium Superior room (101) was spacious and had a huge balcony that had the sun all afternoon, The view wasnt the best, but i liked the convenience of its location. It had a huge bathroom with an amazing shower. It also had a door - this will make sense below.

Negatives:-

It was a tale a 2 very different rooms. To cut a long story short Jet 2 were unable to add a person to my booking for only a part of the stay so i had to book a 2nd room direct with the hotel for the last 3 days of the holiday. We were given an iconic room (107) which appears at 1st glance to be an upgrade with late breakfast, robes etc... The room is very modern and looks very nice, so i was initially pleased, however when trying to move my things from the previous room i noticed that there was literally no storage space ( shelves or drawers) for clothes or anything apart from a rail, not a major problem, then we noticed the bathroom situation....there basically isnt one.

The sink is open in the middle of the main room and the shower and toilet are 2 separate "cubicles" which are also in the mainroom with only frosted glass doors which didnt really provide any form of privacy at all. This might not be a problem for some people, but it was for us. The shower door also did not do a good job of keeping water from escaping out into the main room. You will notice that there is no pictures of this "bathroom" configuration on the website. some people might not have a problem with it especially if you know what you are getting before you go which is why i wanted to make people aware.

Overall this didnt really affect our stay as luckily we still had the original room 101 so we basiclly utilised the facilities in both to suit which actually worked out well when getting ready for a night out!

I would definitely return to the hotel, but not to stay in an iconic room

Second time visiting Invisa Es Pla and sadly our experience wasn't as good as the first time. We visited in July last year and had a lovely room that faced the back of the hotel, with a nice view of the countryside and the larger pool/bar area. This time we were on the 1st floor in a room facing the front of the hotel. Rooms are still very clean which is great. The balcony was huge which was lovely, but the sun beats down on the front of the hotel all day, making the balcony so hot it was unusable. You could also hear the endless traffic outside which wasn't ideal when trying to sleep.
Guests were far louder this time round. The reason we rebooked was due to how quiet and relaxed we found our original stay, but this time we were woken multiple times every night from people being rowdy in the surrounding rooms. I suppose this is unavoidable given the hotel's location but it was still disappointing compared to our previous visit. Staff are all very friendly, food is nice enough and drinks are good value. Think we may look at staying in a quieter area of the island next time we visit.

Great rooms, reception staff so helpful and always on hand for anything needed. Also fantastic idea that they have a lively pool and a quiet pool so you can choose your vibe each day

Very clean and plenty beds at the pools

Very nice hotel with very nice staff and good breakfasts and two great pools and about eight minutes away from thd strip and clean rooms and air conditioning and a great Lidl with unreal to British Eyes Alcohol prices in all honesty the hotel bar was good to and not noisy at night and very nice spanish vibe with large table parties.
