Basics covered but some rooms have issues, like very sad old fridges which need a good clean or replacing, air con which is temperamental and stays on all the time (one friends room needed three blankets to try and sleep). Breakfast is good, staff are nice. Weird token thing for plastic cups is annoying. Maids/room cleaners need a medal for their hard work due to lazy visitors trashing rooms. Overall ok, and a Lidl next door if you need anything.

We had a warm welcome from reception. Unfortunately they put us in room 118, which had a horrendous view and I did not feel safe. We had asked Jet2 to request a high room, but they had not passed this onto the hotel. They moved us to a room on the 3rd floor, but the safe didn't work in that room. Eventually we moved to room 515. It was just right! A decent sized room, which was kept clean, with daily towel changes and the option to get your bed linen changed too. You got a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. The shower was a nightmare, it kept becoming scorching hot, you really had to be careful. The breakfast was the best bit, with lots to choose from. You got free glasses of water a meal times, but could choose to purchase other items too. The evening meal was passable, but definitely could have been better. The pool areas were great. We chose to sunbathe at the large back pool and even had a DJ on 2 of the days. A nice surprise. All staff were helpful throughout and we really enjoyed our time there. We were so close to the bus station and the Ibiza Egg too. We will be back!

Brilliant stay in a friendly hotel staff were pleasant,rooms cleaned every day without fail,well situated for all you need,beds very comfortable air conditioning was spot on as it was very hot,reception staff very helpful if you needed anything.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est vraiment agréable et le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : accueillant, sympathique, toujours disponible et souriant.
Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues, ce qui permet de se sentir rapidement à l’aise.
Les piscines sont propres et bien entretenues, avec des transats en très bon état, parfaits pour se détendre.
Côté restauration, le buffet proposé à chaque repas est varié. Les quantités sont largement suffisantes et la qualité des plats est au rendez-vous.

As a returning guest, I was once again left feeling satisfied with my stay. While the hotel itself isn’t the most visually impressive, it offers good value for money and delivers on the essentials. Its location is a real highlight right in the heart of the action, yet tucked away just enough to avoid the noise.

The rooms are modern and generally well-kept, though some areas could benefit from a bit of TLC. That said, they’re clean, functional, and perfectly suited for short stays.

However, one major downside was the breakfast. On each of the three mornings, we were served undercooked hash browns and sausages that were not just slightly off, but noticeably raw. This wasn’t a one-off issue it happened repeatedly, which made it even more concerning. We raised this with the breakfast staff at the time, but unfortunately they seemed uninterested and made no effort to apologise or address the problem.

We also reported it to the front desk, hoping for a more appropriate response, but again there was no real acknowledgement or apology. It was disappointing to see such a lack of concern over something that is both a basic expectation and a potential health risk. Thankfully, we chose not to eat the sausages, which likely saved us from spending a good portion of the trip unwell.

Overall, the stay was still positive in many respects, but the breakfast experience and the way it was handled left a sour note that shouldn’t be overlooked.
