It was really nice

Cons:

Getting hounded at check in, then getting multiple room phone calls for the first several days asking to sign up for hotel perks or time share kind of thing. I told them multiple times we weren't interested and was only there for relaxation. They kept on and kept calling. One day we got 4 calls within 1 hour. We will never stay with this company again. This tactic completely turned us off .

For the nightly rate i paid was not worth it. I could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for that price! I thought it would

Location to the beach, the pool, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The corridor to our room smelled horrible as well as the entry way to our room smelled fishy. Our bathroom was not very clean with mildew all around the shower and the tub jets were nasty looking. The baseboards were very dirty as well. There was also a roach in the living room. The cleanliness of this resort was not very good!

Pros:

Everything was awesome..room, front desk, the wrist band was the room key..didnt have to search for key to open door and the view. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Remember it's a resort and there is no breakfast 😄 but kitchenette had everything you need to prepare meal.
