We came to Myrtle beach to participate in a softball tournament and numerous couples stayed here. We have stayed here before but this visit was remarkably worse than ever before. We had no hot water so we suffered through cold to lukewarm showers. Reported it to management but nothing was done.
Our room was very outdated, worn and in need of repairs. I would suggest not booking a room near the pool and on the first floor. Very noisy all hours of the day and night and we heard loud BASS music being played in the late evening. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall not a comfortable or pleasant stay. The area around the hotel and parking garage has declined since we were last here. We will be choosing different accommodations on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Front desk staff were rude and very inhospitable. Took my money and handed me the keys and parking pass. Not even a thank you or enjoy your stay. Got the Penthouse suite and OMG the condition of this condo was horrendous. (See pics) #1519. The hallway smelled like urine. There was a dog barking next door(clearly states no pets allowed. There are holes in the ceiling flooring buckled and coming up. Place was in serious need of a paint job. The guess bath had latex gloves wrapped around the shower head and bath fixtures. The master suite bed is collapsing on the left side. The electrical for the living room AC is exposed. There tissue logged in the door locks. The front door looks like it came from a junk yard. We had to manipulate the door to lock it. The restaurants did not follow the schedules posted. There were literally only 2 available sometimes. Cabinet doors in master bath hanging off hinges. The master shower door wouldn't stay closed. The spider webs were ridiculous. The mold throughout the property was very disappointing to see. The only positives are the beach access and the bartender and food at latitudes when it was open. Oh the water was hot and the pressure was okay. This property is definitely not worth the 3800 dollars I paid for 5 days. The owner of this unit should be very concerned about how this unit is being managed and cared for this establishment. Buyers be aware Enjoi vacation club has this property list in their network. To add insult to injury we let the front desk know of our concerns while here and the only response we received was maintenance coming to the unit and removing the latex gloves from the bathroom fixtures stating they forgot to take them off.
I have stayed at this resort many times within the last 26 years. I have had some issues the last few times there so I switched places which was another sister property. This year I decided to go back give it another try and the room that I received I believe was an owner property. I have to say this is the best room (#1147) that I have ever stayed in at this resort Very happy with the room this year and hopefully I can continue to get the same room.
Everything was nice. Spacious room clean bed felt good. Atmosphere was perfect. Location was nice.
Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Handling
Remodeling is finished and conference rooms were available. Malcolm and his team did anything and everything to make sure we had what we needed

The Landmark is an older resort that needs updating. I visited for a business conference. The room was dated but clean and very quiet. The front desk was polite and helpful . The price was extremely reasonable. I would stay there again
Loved our sray. Everything was exactly as the pictures and the staff is very friendly. I will be back in the future. Loved the indoor pools and spas
My stay at Landmark WA great because of the awesome customer service I received while there. From the front desk staff, to the security guards, D, Alex, Toyia, Jyrese, Mr. Malcolm, and Mr. Jasper Banks - our time at Landmark WA worth it. They were very polite and made us feel so welcomed while attending our CPSS 2025 Conference. Their help with any question or concern we had was phenomenal.
The view was amazing from our room & you could be at the ocean in seconds the room itself was beautiful and quit homie feeling had a kitchen with every pan and utensil you need to make dinner if you wanted! The room did have a small stuffy smell like it hadn’t been occupied in a while. Staff was friendly even security!
Stay was good except that the hot and cold water were hooked up backwards in the shower. Pools were good rooms were good. Have stayed here multiple times and love it.
The staffs are nice
The Landmark was a great place to vacation. We were very pleased with the customer service as well as our overall experience. The only negatives we experienced were dirty floors which got my babies socks and clothes filthy after playing in the room and the build up of grime , mildew, or mold on the children’s pools and the hot tubs. That is why I gave a 4 rating as opposed to a 5
A very good place to stay. The Gazebo restaurant was beautiful with a great buffet. Staff were helpful and courteous. Not enough disable parking available near the front of this resort. I would recommend it to a friend. Our room was very clean and tidy.
