Eccellente, ci tornerei sicuramente

La struttura offre tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza di svago. Lo staff è veramente cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Udendørsarealer fine og her blev der gjort grundigt rent hver dag. Meget venligt personale :-)

Cons:

Det er klart et hotel for partyfolk - der er ro på selve hotellet (ingen høj musik eller lign.), men gæster der ankommer hele natten og voldsom slåskamp på et af værelserne. Meget slidte værelser, som ser beskidte ud fordi de er så slidte. Vi havde ikke læst op på morgenmaden, og troede vi kunne tilkøbe buffet, men man vælger ud fra menukort. Morgenmaden serveres sent.

Great weekend
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Antonio.

Arrogant, rude staff, under measuring-same (non measure for small/medium/large glass of wine, non double shots just single but cashing in on everything, trying to charge twice for city tax, threatening ,uncomfortable behaviour towards guests , falsifying documents that are signed(signing over erased documents)closed pool before closed, closed pool bar before closed pool,self catering does not mean you can self cater at pool with your own can, you have to buy steep 11 euroes underpoured drinks, but its ok if pool is full, actually everyone can bring their own drinks,no signs for any rules anywhere just being shouted at and threatened and belittled by staff….
Not allowed your own towel to sun bed? Had to rent????
,room had air con , but glass screwed in across it to not be able to change temperature , just turn on(but did nothing, or off)
Cleaning lady did not come to clean once….

La ville de Magaluf et sa population festive n'est pas adaptée a un voyage en famille. Le logement était très bruyant et peu confortable
