Pros:

The location in the old quarters is good. It is clean.

Cons:

The room is small, no outside window and looks tired. A large cupboard. I've stayed in nicer hotels for similar price (which incidently was slightly more expensive than advertised) so feels a liitle less value for money. Glad only stayed for one night.

Pros:

Lovely staying, great hospitality, breakfast and location close to railway street and old quarter. The staff is amazing, very communicative and ready to help you.

Cons:

The small minus was that we booked the standard room and didn't know that it doesn't have a window, but the team helped us and upgrade the room the next day extra charge, but they offered a good price.

Pros:

Fabulous breakfast! Such friendly staff, nothing was too much for them. Also great location!

Cons:

We picked a balcony room, though its quite loud so if you want the view looking over the bustling streets, I recommend you bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper

L'emplacement de l'hôtel juste à côté de la rue du train et a proximité de beaucoup de points d'intérêts.
Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment excellent, avec du choix et à volonté !
Le personnel a été vraiment adorable avec nous et très réactif lors de nos moindres demandes.
La chambre était propre et relativement calme pour Hanoï.

We loved Hanoi and the hotel made it easy to experience the sights and sounds.
Pros:

Location and staff. It’s a short walk to the south end of Train St, and a comfortable walk to Ho Hoan Kiem lake. So a great location without being in a crowded part of the Old Quarter. The staff are amazing. Could not help enough with advice, sorting out transport and trips and generally just smiling all the time. We had a large room with balcony, although word of warning, the balcony on the 8th floor is more of a Juliet balcony.

Cons:

The bathroom had a slight mosquito/fly infestation. Nothing too dramatic and we did not get bitten, but I think the hotel should sort it out.
