Pros:

Hôtel idéalement bien situé, personnel très sympathique et compréhensif (nous avons pu avoir notre chambre plus tôt et laisser nos bagages le dernier jour)

Cons:

Nous avions la chambre du 9eme étage donc bien pour ne pas entendre les klaxons mais la musique a la piscine est beaucoup trop forte, en journée et le soir , ce n'est pas reposant pour profiter de la piscine et on l'entendait depuis notre chambre

A lovely 3 night stay for our visit to Hanoi
Pros:

The staff were attentive, great location and value for money. Breakfast was lovely. Very comfortable beds. Thank you to all the staff!

A warm welcome in the heart of the Old Quarter.
Pros:

I booked this place based on reviews and it did not disappoint. The location is amazing if you want to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. The staff are super kind and ever ready to help, always smiling. The bellboy also helped us cross the street a few times, and carry our 2 strollers up and down the front stairs.

Cons:

The room is pretty small for 2 adults, 2 children, 2 strollers and luggage.

Good value for money
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. AC, water pressure and bathroom facilities were very good. Breakfast was tasty and variable.The location worked very well for us. Staff was very helpful and helped with tours/trips.

Todo el personal no puede ser más amable y servicial. La habitación muy cómoda, fresquita, bien insonorizada, dos almohadas a elegir, las camas comodísimas. El desayuno tenía de todo lo necesario. Te hacen tortilla y huevos al momento. La piscina estupenda porque abre todo el día y la noche. Nos dimos unos buenos refresquitos a las doce de la noche.
El chico que estaba arriba en la piscina, aguanto y nos puso bebida hasta que nos fuimos. Toallas gratis de baño. Minibar gratis. Agua a diario.No tiene nada malo

Cons:

La piscina es un poco antigua pero para refrescarse es lo mejor
