Perfect, friendly and smooth.
Pros:

This place has a perfect location and very professional and kind staff. We enjoyed flexibility with an early check in and we were able to leave our luggage and use facilities after check out. It made our last day in Hanoi very smooth. The beds were super comfortable and we had rooms with windows but were not bothered by noise from streets at all.

Pros:

En perfectie locatie in het centrum van Hanoi en vlak bij Trainstreet. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De kamers zijn mooi en schoon.

Cons:

Het zwembad op het dak is wat aan de kleine kant, maar ook wel genoeg om lekker af te koelen. En daarbij kan het zwembad gewoon niet groter. Maar verwacht niet dat je baantjes kan trekken.

El desayuno estaba bien, en una calle con muchas tiendas y todo recto se llega al lado y al nigh market. La habitación era muy grande . La amabilidad del personal siempre atentos y super simpáticos .

Cons:

Por la nota que tiene en booking y el precio me imaginaba todo más lujoso. El comedor del desayuno está en un pasillo que lleva al ascensor y no hay ni cuarto para maletas. Está todo viejecillo y en plan cutrecillo, para un 7 o así en booking. Justo al lado había otros más lujosos y económicos que dejé porque este tenia mejor nota. me encontré dos calcetines sucios debajo de la cama. Hay opciones mucho más económicas y mejores en Vietnam . La zona de la piscina muy pequeña. La almohada era durísima.

Very close to everything (walking distance). Very good, helpful and friendly staff (Tracey, Edward, Luna) and the bellboys and kitchen staff

Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Wir hatten zwar nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt: Es wurde ein Fahrdienst für uns organisiert, ein Tisch im Restaurant reserviert und zum Abschied haben wir sogar noch ein liebevoll zusammengestelltes Paket mit frischem Obst für die Weiterreise erhalten.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Skybar mit ihrem wunderschönen Ausblick – der perfekte Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den perfekten Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

Mały hotel, budynek szerokości może 6-7 metrów. Ale obsługi pozazdrościć. Mili, pomocni we wszystkim. Pokoje różnej wielkości, nam się trafił sporych rozmiarów od strony ulicy, trochę było głośno ale do zniesienia.

Cons:

Może tylko łazienka zbyt mała.

Goede locatie, vlakbij trainstreet en op wandelafstand van andere bezienswaardigheden.
Personeel was heel vriendelijk en hebben goede tips gegevens van restaurants ed.

Cons:

Het zwembad en rooftopbar zijn verouderd.

Déception totale de cet hôtel qui est bien côté sur Booking.com et qui est en dessous de tout. Sentiment d’être vraiment

L'hotel è piccolo ma molto carino e pulito.
Colazione varia, dolce/salta, continentale ed asiatica.
Lo staff è meraviglioso, sempre a disposizione, sorridente e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta.
Assolutamente consigliato!
Consigliata la camera con balcone per avere a disposizione piu spazio.
Per il compleanno della mia compagna le hanno fatto trovare una piccola torta a sopresa.
Posizione veramente comoda.
