Tolle Unterkunft mit dem besten Personal!
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Hotelpersonals ist außergewöhnlich!! Stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ja, die Ausstattung mag optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen sein, aber es ist alles tip top sauber! Die Lage ist super um Hanoi fußläufig zu erkunden. Der Pool war ebenfalls sdhd sauber. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Highly recommend.
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The gym, pool & bar were great. Bedrooms were a good size. Beds comfortable. They gave us adjoining bedrooms which was a really nice touch as we have kids. Staff were very welcoming and kind. There was a supermarket a few minutes walk away which was handy. It was a quick taxi ride to the shopping area and train. You could walk but it was very hot when we were there.

Mi figue, mi raisin.
Pros:

La taille de la chambre. La salle de bain. Le personnel attentionné. L'allure générale.

Cons:

Travaux nocturne Mouais et l'insonorisation de la porte fenêtre à revoir, presque horrible. Youtube un peu lent à la détente.

Pros:

Staff were extremely welcoming & always happy to help. Amazing breakfast. About 10 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake & a few mins walk from old quarter train street

Great stay in the heart of Hanoi!
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great central location and the spa facilities in house were amazing. The sky bar and pool were also a great addition and had fab views of the city. The highlight by far of this stay were the amazing staff, so friendly and so helpful for anything you could possibly need! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts, genuinely the most lovely hotel staff we’ve ever come across (and we travel a lot!).
