Beautiful accommodations that were nicely designed and homie. Great fit for small families. Rooftop was a nice plus, the location was great and the staff was wonderful. Parking was just up the street.
Small things were broken or needed fixing in the room and in the rooftop space. The parking lot is not owned by the hotel so there are no parking guarantees nearby.
The *style* of this property was so attractive -- actual loft apartments, with 15 foot ceilings and massive windows that flooded every room with light, decorated in a way that was hip, cool and comfortable. The mural on the wall, the funky furniture and lighting, the giant mural, the vinyl record player with a Japanese Breakfast album on it ready to roll -- all so fun. The FULL kitchen equipped enough to handle anything this side of a Thanksgiving dinner was super helpful to us as well. The rooftop area -- balcony, indoor seating area with unbeatable views, the gym -- put it over the top. We kind of didn't want to leave! The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, the digital codes to access everything (no losing keys! shareable with the whole family!) were brilliant, and we appreciated that the lobby vending machines had protein shakes, OJ and muffins -- perfect for the morning after we overdid it on walking tours are felt too lazy to stroll to Trader Joe's or a restaurant or even make our own oatmeal. Honestly we didn't want to leave, and we will be back. OH AND! The ability to postpone check out to 2 pm FROM MY PHONE? Brilliant. All hotels should have that! Why don't all hotels have that?
If I had to nitpick, the only things I could call out would be the lack of a parking lot (but, like -- that's cities for you, and the lot a block and half away worked fine) and the fact that signage made the place a little hard to spot when we first arrived. But, like -- that's really reaching. I don't really have any genuine complaints. The neighborhood is a little bit in transition, but the building is surrounded by other clearly high-end loft conversion buildings and we felt safe walking around even late at night.
Spacious and easy to use!
Parking not easy
Ice use not easy
Great location and very clean and spacious rooms! Will definitely be going back when in Philadelphia.
Great location
Lots of room. Was quiet. Good location.
Common areas need better cleaning.
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, there was no on-site parking—I had to pay extra to park in a separate garage two blocks away, which was very inconvenient.
Early in the morning, around 8 AM, loud music was blasting from outside, completely disrupting any chance of rest. For a hotel charging over $500 a night, this level of comfort and service is unacceptable. Overall, it was not worth the price at all and turned out to be a terrible experience.
The property was clean and quiet
I wish there was more parking
The space is very nice and cute. Everything you need is in the unit and it is a vibe. The staff is friendly and the lounge is a lovely space to hang out.
It was colder than I like and the the blankets need to be thicker
Nice beds
Fantastic staff
Goof kitchen
Toiletries irritated everyone’s skin
Loud building noises
Tv had limited channels - mostly news
No fans in bathroom
I liked that it was a full apartment which accommodated my family comfortably. I wish there was more light in the hallways. Kind of dark .
Upon check in , our room was not ready so they had us wait upstairs in the rooftop lounge which was nice . Unfortunately, as I went into bathroom there was a huge amount of feces in a the toilet that looked like it was there for quite some time so this had us worried about the general attentiveness of the hotel .
bien situé, quartier sûr, 2-3 restaurants à proximité. Appartements magnifiques, confortables et bien équipés
