Outstanding
Pros:

The location for South Bank was perfect, two minute walk to river. Building was beautiful and well maintained. Room was so much larger than other hotels I have stayed in. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, seemed to genuinely want you to enjoy your stay which was commendable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding in quality and choice, had no room for cooked menu that was available!

Cons:

Nothing

Pros:

A few lovely extra touches, with quality teas, coffees, fridge contents. Discount at the restaurant was a nice bonus too.

Cons:

Reception area could have a bit more wow facture, in the theme of the hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel it’s close to afew tube stations and great priced
Pros:

Even if you aren’t a Alice in wonderland fan this is an amazing hotel. The staff were amazing especially Luke he was so welcoming on the front desk and could answer a lot of our questions.

Cons:

There isn’t a lot I could point out really that the hotel owners could change. The land around the hotel isn’t that pleasing to look at but nothing they can do about it.

Underwhelming for the price.
Pros:

Quite good breakfast. Location convenient.

Cons:

Building tired. Room boiling hot, fan missing remote control so only partially usable. Windows wouldn't open and too noisy if they could. Had to chase down staff, not always at desk, reception phone not answered. Expensive.
