The staff was professional and it’s worth your time and money to stay here.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally professional and caring. The location is perfect for Ennis. There is a coffee shop and a restaurant in the same building.

Cons:

Like most older hotels there is no air-conditioning. The first day we arrived. It was 92°F. However, the staff was so caring. They brought us two fans. Thank God the next day it dropped to 65.

Too basic, example no hairdryer,
For a room to sleep 3 not enough in room to cater to that, example cups, tea, coffee, toiletries etc. No air conditioning which meant having no choice but to open windows which also meant due to location it increased the noise volume, which even though was pointed out actually wasn't a problem before having to open the windows, hard booking online to get breakfast with room option,

Terrible
Pros:

Do not stay here!! The staff and owner are rude and bully-ish. The rooms are gross. It is not worth it! There are many other lovely hotels in the area. Skip this one!!!
