Pros:

Location

Cons:

Rooms were brutal. Curtains weren't hung properly, beds with very cheap mattresses! Bath towels were actually hand towels! Stopper for hand basin was too big so my dad couldn't shave, shoer curtain was disgusting! And tiles manky..I wouldn't take a shower tbh. So called manage, heavy guy, shirt hanging out his trousers, very unkept has zero customer service as I left reception he could clearly b heard sighing. Then again by the look of him he was clearly taking my complaint as a hard day's work!! I actually dont know how this can be classed as a hotel. It shouldn't even make hoatel. By far the worst and grimiest place I have stayed! 150 euro deposit...for what?? Not 1 thing in the room was valuable, all out dated and handles missing!! Absolute joke of a hotel

Très fatigué !!!!
Pros:

Bonne qualité de literie, pas trop ferme

Cons:

I would not stay here again. Might be ok for younger crowd as an alternative to going to a hostel.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Very poor room lighting.
Pillows were horrible - flattish and hard.
2 of the beds were just ok and 1 was horrible - broken springs poking into you.
Certain rooms above the pub that doesn’t close until about 3:30am. Needed window open due to room being stuffy. Could not sleep because of noise.

Worst hotel stay ever
Pros:

The location as we were visiting family nearby

Cons:

The problems in the bedroom. Room lights were so poor we had to use our phones to find things in our suitcases. There were 2 bedside lights, one of which didn’t work. When we complained we were brought 2 battery lamps for a dining table and one died almost immediately. The toilet didn’t flush easily or properly, tho we managed not to leave it unflushed when leaving the room. We reported all this the following morning and were assured maintenance would deal with the problems. When we returned after 10pm for the night nothing had changed. Bedside lights still didn’t work and battery lights weren’t fixed either.
The toilet still didn’t flush properly and someone had used it in our absence. We complained immediate to reception and to persons who were introduced to us as management! As one of the party was already in bed an offer to change room so late was rejected. We were told that the supervising receptionist would be informed and would speak with us when we were checking out.
The following morning when we got to reception the supervising receptionist had not been told. She gave me her email address and said she would deal either way our complaints if I emailed her the details.
I sent an email within a couple of hours, followed it up the next day when no response had been received. Subsequently got an assurance our complaints would be addressed. Further emails were exchanged, the complaints were never properly responded to and a ridiculous offer of a discounted room and breakfast in the future was made. We rejected it of course as we would never stay in that hotel again.
It was also very annoying that they required a security deposit from us of €150 on top of full payment on arrival. When we queried the purpose of this we were told for example in case we smoked in the room. I have never had to pay a security deposit in a hotel anywhere I visited in the world! It took several days for that deposit to be unlocked in my bank account following departure.

Terrible we walked in and could tell right away that it was a dive.

Cons:

Location excellent hotel very poor disappointed over all
Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

We had to pay a security deposit incase we damaged the room the room we were put into was damaged already furniture all marked room was dark and dingey we ask to speak to a manager or give us our money back they couldn't give us our money back but gave us another room which was way better more bright airy and spacious and modern manger didn't even meet us, my partner asked for something to be left in the room a small dessert or something when we arrived as it was my birthday they did noting my friend rang hotel and wanted a bottle of wine to be put in the room for a surprise obviously she was paying for it and they said they couldn't do that either hotel was absolutely very unhelpful
