Please note that, due to the current operating conditions, access to the swimming pool within the residence cannot be offered for these three residences.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (one kitchen towel and one bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), TV, and basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and online searches), as well as all taxes and fees except the tourist tax.

For stays of any length, beds can be made upon arrival at an additional cost per person.

After booking, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

For any invoice request, please note that invoices are issued under the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers access to the heated indoor swimming pool at the Parc Olympique de la Chaudanne, featuring a 25-metre pool, a waterslide for children aged 6 and over, and a paddling pool for toddlers. The pool is located approximately 4 km from the residence.

One entry per person per day is offered for stays of seven nights or more, with tickets to be collected daily at reception. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that swim shorts are permitted and that the facility is operated by an independent partner of Pierre & Vacances.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Brilliant position for the slopes and lifts. Car parking close by and easy kit drop off. Very good selection of restaurants just outside front door.

Cons:

Starting to show it's age ( or wear) but that is only cosmetic and didn't impact the experience

I feel scammed
Cons:

We did not receive the apartment with a double-bedroom that we had booked. Instead, we were given an apartment without a bedroom, with bunk beds and a sofa bed. When we complained the following morning, we were told that the reserved apartment was not available, but that they would refund us the price difference between the apartments. After a month of back-and-forth emails in which they confirmed that the refund had been approved, we still have not received the money and they have stopped responding to our emails. I find this absolutely disgraceful.

Cons:

Apartamento sucio, sábanas con manchas, cama con pelo.. había que coger 3 ascensores distintos para llegar al apartamento con maletas equipos etc..
el apartamento era muy pequeño para 5 personas ( y eso que era el de 6)
La taquilla para dejar el material era muy pequeña, no entraba el de los 5

We would happy stay there again. Great locaiton good facility.

Great value for money, staff were always friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very small, the main doors were not sealed well, and you could feel the air draft.

Gentillesse de l’accueil, mais le pauvre était tout seul au moment des arrivées.
L’emplacement de l’appartement est très bien , ainsi que le calme.
Et les matelas des lits, très confortables.

Cons:

La propreté de l’appartement.
Son apparence aussi : la moquette est vraiment vieille.
Et l’eau coulait marron dans la salle de bain.
Trouver les poubelles était un jeu de piste.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Easy access to shops/ restaurants and ski area
Pros:

Great location and staff were excellent, very helpful and informative. Ski locker was good and easily accessible. Comfortable and well equipped for 2 weeks stay

Cons:

We were 2 persons in a 4 person apartment. Even for the two of us- the space was challenging as there was not much of it. The ski locker was small, not big enough for skis/poles and boots. Just enough for skis and poles
