Centara Life Hotel Mae Sot

Enjoyed my stay, very comfortable bed and room. A/C really good. Quiet hotel. Gym was average. Staff friendly.

All staff were friendly and provided great service. We were especially thankful for Tharon who took care of everything we needed.

we stayed there for four nights in January . The hotel staff are very polite, and nice. The breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed Thai authentic menu selection in Breakfast. The hotel is old but has all the essentials. There is a nice pool area but we never had time to utilize. Gym was a bit old but it has the necessity workout machines. Overall, it was an excellent stay at Centara Life. We will come back again.

Property condition is poor. Water pressure terrible. Sewage type odor in room. TV stopped working.

Comfortable, close to shopping malls, quiet and met very friendly staff. Excellent and delicious food were provided. More parking spaces for visitors.

Number one thing about the property are staffs who are extremely helpful and polite.
Walkable distance to Robinson where you can eat a wide variety of food of your choice.
The pool is also nice.

From the time I entered the hotel I was greeted with friendly smile and welcoming. And the hotel was clean. The only thing I could suggest is to have the aircon in the foyer.

Yes, this hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment.... but dont let that stop you from staying there! This was, by far, the most comfortable bed i have slept on in the whole of Thailand!!!! The rooms are big, bathrooms are ok but a little dark, need a few more lights.
Big plus is the fact that the big shopping mall, Robinsons, is just across the road. Also, breakfast was really good! You know how you are disappointed every time you get a croissant at a breakfast buffet because once you bite into it, its immediately apparent that its been sitting there for 10 years... not at this hotel! I bit into the most fresh, flaky, soft and warm croissant ive had in Thailand in weeks. I'd stay here again just for the breakfast and the bed!!!

Very nice hotel in a good location. Clean and well kept. Breakfast was good too. This will be my first choice to stay in Mae Sot in the future.

My wife and I have stayed in many Thai hotels over the years. We booked a two night stay while exploring the Mae Sot region The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and quite comfortable. The hotel has a lot of character and is reminiscent of luxury travel in days of yore through Thailand, yet at a price that will not bust your budget. They serve a very good breakfast and the Asian dishes in particular are excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked a third night.

But honestly the hotel really should invest some money in maintenance. The rooms are very old and not good maintained.

However, I always stay here because it is the best hotel I could find in this area. Usually I only stay 1 or 2 days.

The breakfast and dinning is very good and never disappointed me.
