Was a nice stay overall and great location for the ferry and dining.
Pros:

It was clean and good location and mostly friendly staff except our first day check in woman was not friendly and didn’t want to be bothered. Morning staff and second day staff lady were very kind!

Cons:

The fragrance of the hotel was not pleasant to people that are sensitive to strong smells.

Schönes Hotel in Top Lage. Direkt nebenan wunderbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel - es gibt eine Tiefgarage ein paar Meter daneben. Frühstück war super, nette Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Lage ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Super Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Verbania an den grossen Markt.
Pros:

Lage, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, Frühstücksbuffet. Parkmöglichkeiten in Tiefgarage. Grosse Garage bietet PlTz für ein Auto und zwei grosse Motorräder.

Fabulous hotel - staff and breakfast outstanding.
Pros:

Fabulous welcome, wonderful staff, stylish decor, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Our young kids were even given free cuddly toys at breakfast time which made their day. Thank you to all the staff who were fabtastic.

Cons:

Hotel parking was expensive and a few hundred metres from the hotel. The public parking options are also a few hundred metres away.
