Great location. So easy to get to the ferries and all the different restaurants and bars in Intra. The breakfast was able with plenty of choices. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room and other areas were clean and tidy. There was a nice welcome area set up where you could have a coffee or a Prosecco and snacks during the day

Sehr gute Lage, Frühstück war gut. Der Service war auch sehr gut, alle Mitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend. Besonders freundlich war Marisa.
Unsere Dusche war etwas klein.

Good location overlooking Lake Maggiore and near to catching the boat to the three islands. The room was comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of choice and well presented. Welcome drink and snacks were a pleasant surprise. Parking at the hotel or search for a parking spot which we did. Free white lined parking near to catching the boat tours.

Das Frühstück ist super, es gibt eine Möglichkeit das Auto in der Nähe zu parkieren, die Lage ist sehr gut.
Der Preis war trotzdem zu hoch für eine Nacht …

Pas de parking sur place, il faut essayer d'aller trouver des places gratuites vers le port.
Fairly clean and managed to park nearby,bed was comfortable.
Our room was like a converted garage; white washed brick wall; hardly room to get either side of the bed & very limited space in the rest of the room. Not an inviting or comfortable space at all. The website photo of the room is misleading.
Breakfast was bog standard & the coffee was always lukewarm.
Some staff were helpful; others not so much.
