Better than the first time we visited but still disappointing; Would only stay as a last resort,

The staff and policies were hard to understand, there were not enough towels, there was no TV remote and when we asked for a remote the TV still didn’t respond/work.

Terrible staff, terrible hotel

So dirty. Shower had a hole in it. Floor left black soot on feet. Half of the blubs were missing I
In lamps. Phone didn't work. Security latch on door didn't work. Staff wasn't sure if I paid or not even though I reserved through booking.com

Room smelt like mildew, the room was poorly painted, no trash can in room, one burner on stove, no draws in kitchen, one pillow per bed, my towels were stained. I booked a efficiency room when i got there i was giving a regular one bedroom with no kitchen, the wood on floor was missing causing a fall hazard. This room did not live up to my expectations. The room was not updated, the lamp also had a yellow stain on it. They need to close this place down and renovate. Staff was unpleasant wouldn’t recommend. Go somewhere else.

Location is good, but when it comes to cleanliness it's a 1. This place needs major renovations.
Pros:

Location, it's close to everything. Right across from McDonalds, It is also pet friendly.

Cons:

Everything had a stain on it. Cabinet doors are broken. No Garbage cans not even in the bathroom. I booked it for two nights but I left after a night.

Its cheapest in the area its close to stores and restaurants

Cons:

Having to spend 10 hours cleaning the room I rented and the burners dont work all that well first night using the burners the smoke filled the room as the drip pan was never cleaned the small kitchen sink is barely a sink the kitchenette its stuck behind the bathroom door it doesnt have storage for things the cabinet doesn't have drawers there is no storage for kitchen utensils or cookware the flooring is very dated and there are spots where the tile is coming up off the floor trip hazard, going into the shower and the shower handle for temperature of the water came off in my hand the shower walls look to have mold underneath the clear grout sealant makes the walls look really bad the room door had to duck tape a medal disc on my door so No one could look in or the cold to come in have to put pillows on the floor in front of door to keep cold drafts from coming in. There are no trash cans in the kitchenette area or the bathroom there are no art work of any kind in the room to make it feel homey the dressers are very very small .night stands the lamps dont work to well there is no phone in the room and when I arrived there was no TV I had to call the front desk from my personal phone as there wasnt one in the room. The mini refrigerator freezes things even when you turn the temp it is also very dated the microwave doesnt temp the food warm enough .the beds have been flipped the pillow top of bed is on the bottom and the beds are not comfortable one bed really soft, the other medium to hard very dated no care to the looks of things ....
