The hospitality just was not there and their facility was dirty

The breakfast sucked really bad. It was like a made up breakfast they had a gallon of milk and a carton of orange juice. Stale muffins, and bread just ridiculous. They gave us a handicap room that was not clean then switched us over to a different room which they made us pay an additional $30 for just to stay in there which should have been complementary because the other room was dirty and no one was handicap.

Cons:

We stayed 4 nights, cleaning was barely done. We killed couple of bugs and they remained there during our stay.

Cons:

The shower head not working. It had a paper bag wrapped around it. Went to front office and nobody's available at desk. Called booking.com and they contacted proper which lied and said that I did not attempt to report and left the keys in the room
