Relaxing weekend in a nice hotel
Pros:

The room with a hot tub was nice, specially on the higher floors, better view and then people from the beach promenade cant see in to your room. The food was pretty good, we had all inclusive and there was always food available and something to drink. We liked the breakfast the most. Really friendly staff, the spa is really nice, not so big but we booked it for ourself so that was really nice. We had massages too, really relaxing and good. Nice rooftop bar.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working. When we had a room on the 2nd floor, people from the street could see in to our room but we changed to the 4th floor and then it was no problem. And the lights in the restaurant was really bright and white. Not so cosy.

Restaurant opening times
Pros:

Jacuzzi bath was amazing, room nice and clean. Plate of fruit and bottle of cava brought to room on day of arrival was nice touch.

Cons:

Tried to go to hotel's restaurant in the evening, we were told by staff in the restaurant they're not open even though we had been told by Reception staff they serve til 11pm. Went back to reception who said the restaurant should be open and to try again, when we returned to the restaurant area they said they weren't serving and to go to a place next door to the hotel for food, so we went to the place next door and they said they don't serve food after lunchtime.

Great location- missed having a balcony but would stay again but not in the first floor

We was on floor 1- it was so noisy as people were sat in the foyer after bars closed and it was like they was in the room with us- couldn’t sleep at all
