La ubicación frente al mar,el personal superior amable,en el comedor te atiende muy bien para que no te falte de nada.Comida variada y mucha...vamos que sales de ahi con un kilo de mas🙂La señora de la limpieza también super amable.Las sábanas y las toallas súper blancas y súper limpias.Los detalles del champán,bombones,frutas, que nos dejaba en la habitacion...un diez.Seguro que vamos a volver.

Cons:

La cama de matrimonio tendría que ser eso ..una cama de matrimonio entera,no dos camas pegadas.Mi marido casi se cae la primera noche entre las camas😀Eso como anécdota.Tampoco nos gustaron los cristales..estaban demasiado sucios,tanto por fuera, como por dentro,es una pena, porque las vistas son espectaculares.De dos ascensores que había,uno estuvo averiado los 7 días que estuvimos.Supongo que fue una cosa puntual, pero estaría bien que funcione los dos y así no perder tiempo esperando..y eso que casi siempre bajamos por las escaleras y solo lo usamos para subir.

Brilliant location but wouldn’t stay in this hotel again mainly Jew to the room

The location to the old town it’s good, they’re only inclusive food

Cons:

The service for the drinks on the all inclusive was Paul due to lack of staff. The spa complex had no changing rooms only help open room with lockers 50% of the spa equipment AE water jets Turkish bar did not work. The pool area was shut for the season with no mention of this. I’m booking.com before we booked the lifts was broken for the full stair meaning having to use steps to get to the fourth floor. The rooms was very tired looking and outdated.

Relaxing weekend in a nice hotel
Pros:

The room with a hot tub was nice, specially on the higher floors, better view and then people from the beach promenade cant see in to your room. The food was pretty good, we had all inclusive and there was always food available and something to drink. We liked the breakfast the most. Really friendly staff, the spa is really nice, not so big but we booked it for ourself so that was really nice. We had massages too, really relaxing and good. Nice rooftop bar.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working. When we had a room on the 2nd floor, people from the street could see in to our room but we changed to the 4th floor and then it was no problem. And the lights in the restaurant was really bright and white. Not so cosy.
