Great location, but some hostile unwelcoming staff
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the suite was very generous with amazing views. Breakfast service was good value for money and the decorated of the hotel is very cosy yet modern.

Cons:

Older male staff in particular were very rude and unapproachable. Upon check we were given single word responses to questions, we weren't welcomed or directed to our rooms, or offered any help with our baggage. This created a very hostile atmosphere. We were thankful for the female staff who were very kind and attentive.

The safes in both the rooms we had did not work.

The spa/pool was more appropriate for families, rather than a relaxing spa.

Ups and downs
Pros:

The hotel is brand newly renovated. We had two connecting family rooms which was very comfortable. We stays 3 nights. The fist room service was a disaster, the lady even left used tea bags and dirty cups untouched. The next day the room got cleaned duly. The swimming pool and sauna area were all right: nothing special but satisfying.

Obijekt nije na nivou cijene i kvalitete usluge koju pruža…kreveti neudobni izuzetno loš švedski stol pogotovo za Uskrs ( nije bilo mladog luka)😔 sobe ok kreveti izuzetno loši… hotel zastario infrastrukturom…

Un posto meraviglioso!!! La struttura è bellissima, la piscina e le saune sono estremamente pulite e ben organizzate, il personale è cordiale e gentilissimo nonché disponibile e la colazione: FANTASTICA!!! Il cibo è a dir poco squisito, la scelta è davvero varia, la disposizione del cibo è ben organizzata ma soprattutto il cuoco prepara delle homelettes e delle uova squisitissime, le migliori in assoluto.

Great swimming pool, good for family with children.
Pros:

The swimming pool complex is really cool and ideal for children. Definitely the highlight of the hotel. The breakfast had good options and we liked the freshly fried eggs. A short walk from restaurants.

Cons:

Sound insulation could be better between rooms. Just a little pricey when considering the room and service.
