Pros:

Потрясающий отель потрясающее расположение его в самом центре всё идеально.
Потрясающая завтраки.
Отличные номера мы брали номер с видом на озеро и не пожалели это было просто потрясающе после дневной прогулки сидеть на балконе любоваться видом.
При отеле есть бесплатная стоянка для постояльцев шикарный бассейн есть детская горка есть бассейн на улице с подогревом сауна в общем превзошло все ожидания.
В номере есть сейф халаты тапочки батарея для сушки одежды очень даже хорошее освещение номер хорошо продуман.

Splendida vista
Pros:

L'hotel è moderno, pulito, personale accogliente e gentile. Ottima la colazione a buffet con molta varietà di prodotti sia dolci che salati, c'è un cuoco che prepara uova e waffel sul momento. Splendida la vista sul lago e sul castello.

Cons:

Peccato che nelle piscine ci sia troppo rumore, i bambini vengono lasciati liberi di tuffarsi e disturbare, manca una zona relax. La strada per accedere era bloccata a causa di lavori, è stato un po' lungo e accidentato arrivarci.

Doručak je bio bogat i odličan. Atmosfera u hotelu prilično opuštajuća i ugodna.

S obzirom na pogled prema jezeru, definitivno birati više katove.

Pros:

L'hotel ti accoglie subito con una reception che già ti coccola. La colazione era molto ricca e buonissima. Le camere pulite e accoglienti in perfetto stile alpino. Le piscine vista lago sono davvero una chicca e un divertimento per tutta la famiglia.

Cons:

Purtroppo devo sottolineare un problema che non mi sarei aspettata da un 4 stelle. Le stanze infatti non erano insonorizzate e si sentivano sia i rumori dei passi dei piani superiori che quelli delle stanze accanto. Si riusciva praticamente a seguire le conversazioni delle altre stanze e si sentiva addirittura la vibrazione del telefono. Inoltre essendo noi in una stanza di fronte all'ascensore si sentivano tutti i rumore del corridoio e degli andirivieni.

Amazing relaxing stay with fabulous views.
Pros:

We had a wonderful weekend at Rikli Balance Hotel. The spa is one of a kind, the bed was the most comfortable we ever slept in, views all over the place were fabulous and the staff was super helpful which led to a great overall experience.

Cons:

I chose this hotel primarily because of the spa facilities, but during my stay the pools were cold, which significantly affected the overall experience. When I contacted them by email to raise the issue, the customer service was very poor – the response felt unprofessional and there was no real effort to resolve the situation.

Relaxing, clean and fabulous location.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean breakfast was delicious and location is great. The restaurant staff and bar staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The reception staff were a bit functional not welcoming. The hotel prices are expensive particularly the wine. House keeping was hit and miss and some days our room wasn’t cleaned .
