Heerlijk relaxen bij mooi uitzicht
Pros:

Heerlijke ruime, koel gelegen kamer op de 3e verdieping, met prachtig uitzicht over meer, burcht, kerk en eilandje. Comfortabele bedden. Veel voorzieningen in hotel. Heerlijk ontbijt met veel keus. Smakelijk diner in buffetvorm. Zaken zijn goed geregeld en georganiseerd. Wij hadden een (persoonlijk) probleem met de oorspronkelijk toegekende kamer. Toen wij dit bespraken werd er door de vriendelijke dame van de receptie geregeld dat we naar een andere kamer konden verhuizen. Eenvoudig parkeren bij hotel.

Pros:

Schöne, ausreichend große Zimmer mit Balkon. Gute Lage, (teurer) Parkplatz am Hotel.
Gutes Frühstück. Das Bad ist öffentlich, aber ganz gut (ggf. sehr überfüllt).

Cons:

Insgesamt zu teuer für das gebotene. Alles kostet extra, z.T. auch frech (z.B. EV Ladepauschale, Parkplatz usw.)

Hotel je na velmi hezkém místě. Má krásné vybavení a hezké bazény

Cons:

byl jsem v hotelu po druhé a opakovaně jsem chtěl pokoje vedle sebe, bohužel ani prvně, ani teď tomu nevyhověli. Teď jsme měli pokoje přes celou chodbu. U bazénů mi úplně chyběl plavčík, nebo nějaký dozor, hlavně u vodní skluzavky si někteří hosté dělali co chtěli a nikdo to nehlídal. A pokud je v ceně hotelu u wellness, očekával bych, že budou v ceně i sauny a ne jenom bazény. Taky ceny za kávu, nebo skleničku vína jsou extrémní. Hlavně u bazénu platit 3,5 € za espresso z kapsle mi přijde nevhodné.

A 5-star price for a 3-star experience
Pros:

Highly overrated. Way too expensive for what you get. The only great thing is the view. Other than that rooms are average with very very poor air conditioning that makes them extremely warm. Food is just acceptable. You have to queue in the morning to get a coffee. Time windows for meals are limited…

AC not working as a proper AC should work. Hotel does not live up to its price.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. Breakfast is nice and the hotel has nice views of the lake.

Cons:

-Air conditioning is not a real AC. According to the staff, it only gets the temp to 24, which I did not feel is even true. Our room was very warm, and I am 7 month pregnant so I was really annoyed. They got me a fan to help, but that's not what I would expect in such a hotel.
-For 450$ a night (and that's a basic room without a view), you'd expect better overall. Even the slippers they give you are the worst quality. It feels very commercial (as opposed to what they claim on sustainability and self care). Everything has a price tag.
-The cleaner fixed the bed only, did not fill our water bottle or empty our trash bin (apparently I need to do it?)

Geat experience in Bled
Pros:

were spacious and well equiped. We were prommissed two same size rooms, but the reality was a bit differen romm sizes. But there way more than enough space. Rooms cleaned every day. The view was great! Mountains and lake. Bled 5 min walk. Wellness area very nice! The breakfast and dinner waiters were very friendly and professional. Especially I would like to thank to Sanja and Danilo. They were always there when needed. Recommending the hotel definatelly.
