Pros:

The location and lake views are beautiful, and the spa facilities were excellent — the sauna area in particular was the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection and good quality.

Cons:

overall the hotel didn’t meet expectations for comfort and operational standards at this price point. The room temperature couldn’t be properly controlled (air conditioning unavailable), meaning the window had to be left open overnight, and sleep quality was poor due to thin, uncomfortable pillows. There were also several hygiene and housekeeping concerns, including unclean glasses, hair on bedding, and visible wear and staining in the room.

Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing and appeared understaffed, and the main pool area felt more geared towards families and children — if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing environment, this may not be the right choice.

Individually these issues might seem minor, but taken together the stay required repeated follow-up and didn’t feel consistent with a four-star spa hotel. The staff did try to help when problems were raised, and a small adjustment was applied to the bill when I discussed the experience at checkout, which was appreciated.

La piscina è molto bella, anche la colazione è stata buona

Cons:

Avrei preferito trovare una colazione fornita di un po' più di dolci. Non trovo ASSOLUTAMENTE giusto far pagare 10 euro AL GIORNO il parcheggio, così come mi dispiace dover dire che da un Hotel 4 stelle Superior mi aspetti la zona SPA gratuita, con quello che si è pagato poi, in Italia la SPA è gratuita.

I thought breakfast products were of poor quality , jacuzzi was cold , extra charge for sauna was cheeky , these guys love to put a sign on everything … £5 charge if you don’t return your key, charge if you want to keep the bottle of water in the room, charge of you want to take the bag which holds your towels, sign on the piano that it is not meant to be played … pillow menu extra charge .. I’d expect when paying a lot for these rooms that this would be complimentary .. mini bar poor selection & bathroom products poor quality also

Cons:

La colazione, la struttura nn è preparata ad accogliere clienti con diete speciali come il glutenfree. Era compresa la colazione ma niente per il glutenfree, solo del pane freddo tipo Tramezzini, mi è stato detto dal personale di sala che alcuni dolcetti accanto alla scritta glutenfree li potevo mangiare, per scoprire il giorno dopo che nn erano glutenfree, e quindi una giornata chiusa in camera. La colazione prevedeva pane glutenfree e poi bisognava arrangiarsi, ho pagato una colazione per nn mangiare.Bastava organizzarsi per rendere il soggiorno per una celiaca confortevole, nn penso di essere l unica.
