Beautiful sea view, good location
Très bel emplacement , bien situé, vue magnifique.
Le personnel est vraiment très attentionné et très accueillant.
Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche deux matins de suite malgré le signalement fait le premier matin. Nous étions en avril , il faisait très chaud dans la chambre.
The view from the terrace is great. The apartment is big.
The location, which is 500m from the main hotel, is really not great. I don't think these two should be advertised as the same accommodation. The ratings are misleading. No sponge for washing the dishes. Kitchen not well-equipped.

Amazing views and they make you feel very welcome as soon as you arrive. All staff are very friendly & attentive.
Breakfast was nice and had everything you need. The hotel is quirky and fun, however traditional Italian style rooms (if you are used to modern rooms these will feel slightly retro). Shuttle buses available to most local towns and area is good for seeing Ravello, Amalfi, Positano & Minori nearby. Bed was comfortable & we got upgraded to a sea room at no extra cost which was really nice of the hotel.
Lovely meal at lunch (all sea food) but again slightly expensive for what it is, but I guess you pay for the view.
The showers were cold (we didn’t complain as we were hot after a day of walking so not an issue, but if it had been cooler outside would have mentioned it). Others complained so must be issue across the hotel.
No aircon due to time of the year (April), which isn’t great as some days it was hitting 24 degrees and aircon for the price of hotel is expected.
Unable to use the steps the sea as they were shut off which was super disappointing as we booked this hotel in anticipation that this would be fully in use to those staying there.
Cocktails / beers etc extremely expensive - £18 per drink is extortionate, we would have spent more time at the hotel having drinks before / after going out if they had been cheaper.
View was excellent, staff were very friendly and obliging and the food and drink offerings were great.

מלון מדהים ביופיו עם חלקי אומנות רטרו פזורים בו בכל מקום. המיקום מחוץ לאזור העמוס של האמלפי ובמרחק של פחות מ-10 דקות נסיעה ממרכז העיר. 15 דקות נסיעה מרוואלו שפחות עמוסה ושקטה. מיקום על המים עם נוף מדהים. תמורה טובה למחיר. מומלץ בחום.
This hotel and the location were amazing. The mattresses in the sea were a really good touch. The food was amazing as well, the staff really lovely. I would go back in a heartbeat!
We loved it there
We had booked a room for 2 days in Septembre, but unfortunately our transportation fell through and try as we might we could not manage transportation that would get us back in time for our flight home so we had to try to cancel, or even re-book for another date. The hotel refused to even consider any kind of options. No partial refund, no re-schedule (even at a different time convenient for them). They even charged us for 2 days parking which is unheard of. We had only booked the hotel three days earlier so it was not as if they had held a room that they could have otherwise booked. In fact they had 3 other rooms still left on their site. They staff was rude and impatient, and the manger even laughed at us on the phone. As for unethical, they had sent me and email a few days before the reservation saying they (the hotel) had cancelled my reservation but we still owed them the full amount. I guess that was a big red flag that I missed. I have never heard of a hotel keeping the money for the whole stay, and especially for parking as well.

Restaurant views are wonderful, the location is good especially if you have a scooter you can easily explore around, plus they have a free guest scooter parking.
The interior design is cute and pleasant.
We didn't use the pool because it was a bit cold but I am sure it is nice during the summer.
Very small and inconvenient room with a tiny window and a cramped bathroom. The on-site restaurant is overpriced for what it offers - our pasta was undercooked, and service at dinner was inattentive; no one checked on us once. Breakfast was just average and seemed designed without much consideration for international guests. The only thing I enjoyed was the lemon pie...it was delicious but it is not the same every day.
Overall, we paid over NZD 700 per night and can’t justify the cost given the experience.
Not the resort’s fault but the taxi to the next hotel was €130 (just 30 minutes drive). Try water taxi instead we couldn't take it as the weather was not allowing us but it was much more reasonable pricing compared to taxi fees.
