Pros:

Personale professionale e al contempo alla mano, socievoli e simpatici. Ottima colazione con vista, stanza pulita e letto comodo. Abbiamo avuto una piacevole conversazione con Rita e Antonio che si sono interessati a ciò che abbiamo visitato durante il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente :)

La camera era minimale con arredi datati. Il mobile aveva un anta che non si apriva , la cassaforte era bloccata, e nonostante abbiamo avvisato la reception il problema non è stato risolto

L'isolation phonique de la Via Roma est catastrophique, c'est très très bruyant. À éviter absolument.

Struttura in posizione ottimale, vicino alla stazione e al centro storico, una buona colazione a buffet con vista sulla citta', camera ampia ben accesoriata, personale molto cordiale, possibilta' di lasciare bagagli in struttura oltre al ceck out

L'emplacement meme s'il y a mieux

Cons:

Le bruit...chambre 107...hyper bruyant. Je ne comprends pas que la porte en haut des escaliers ne soit pas fermée. C'était bruyant tard et tôt. Une porte, qui existe, qui se ferme simplement sans être a clé suffit. Ça à tout gâché.
Et aussi une immense sdb et une cabine de douche riquiqui.

Busy, great location do exploring all aspects of Palermo from historic centre to the sea front and harbour.

Room was a decent size, shower was brilliant and the roof terrace and views for breakfast were awesome.

Pros:

The location of the property was excellent, the restaurant on the roof great view and good breakfast. Exceptional hotel and restaurant staff. The staff was very nice!

Cons:

A little older, the bedroom air conditioner made noises, and the bathroom vent also made noises. I could hear a lot of walking so the room was a little loud. Biggest problem is the bed is very hard.

Pros:

Chambre basique mais confortable. Personnel très accueillant, souriant et disponible. Superbe rooftop pour les petits déjeuners et les apéritifs.

Cons:

L'équipement de la salle de bain, la douche en particulier est moyen et le fonctionnement de l'eau chaude était aléatoire.
