Wonderful, convenient stay. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

I thought the price was quite high but we needed a room by the station for an early departure. I was originally not impressed with the room we were given (which was very different to the photograph on Booking.com (which had a little balcony and lovely view) - our room had neither and was pretty depressing. However, when I told the woman at the front desk that I was not happy, she was very accommodating and promptly changed our room to the one in the photograph - very happy.
The bathroom was great, the bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was lovely.
The roof top restaurant was a fantastic, unexpected bargain. Amazing food, amazing ambiance and amazing view. Made our stay. Breakfast was wonderful and also served in the roof top restaurant.
Wonderful stay - thank you.

Cons:

We didn't like our original room, but this was promptly changed with no discussion. Very much appreciated.

Hôtel agréable bien placé
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. Le personnel est gentil, parle français et nous a proposé le petit déjeuner à emporter car on devait partir très tôt. La chambre est au calme côté cours et elle est tres bien équipée. La clim est appréciée!

Cons:

Nous entendons des bruits de chaises, de tables de l'étage supérieur ( restaurant rooftop ouvert à tous donc beaucoup de monde jusqu'à 23h), c'est dommage

Nice location, staff was professional and the breakfast on the rooftop offers a very nice view.

Cons:

The bed mattress was very bad. Too soft and uneven. The shower was very small and without a shower head so impossible to not wet your hair.

Tiene un rooftop muy lindo, está cercano a las atracciones turísticas y a la calle principal de restaurantes.

Cons:

Habitación pequeña, no tenía vista (daba a un sector interior), muy oscura y mal iluminada, poca ventilación, incómoda. Vale mucho dinero para una habitación regular.

Good hotel, disappointing restaurant
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Whilst the rooms are functional rather than as reflected in the photos on the website, there was much to commend the hotel as a place to stay. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the location is ideal. The rooftop terrace is this hotel’s USP and you get fantastic views of Palermo whilst enjoying a good breakfast. However, we ate in the restaurant one evening and we were disappointed with the food. It was expensive and unremarkable and we had far better food in other less expensive local restaurants. The view is what you are paying for and that is beautiful.
