Cons:

Это многоквартирный дом. Ресепшн, лобби отсутствуют. Сантехника, душевая все очень старое. Номер очень темный. Не хватало ламп. Жалюзи на окнах не открывались. Завтраки очень скромные.

Terrible experience
Pros:

If you’re looking for privacy this is not the hotel , we had two rooms - one for my husband and I and one for my daughter ..next to each other on the first floor . Directly outside the room there is a ‘public’ bathroom where anyone visiting the restaurant or from outside is given access . There is no second lock on the inside of the doors , so basically the hotel staff can open your room at any time . One morning I heard a lot of noise coming from the corridor and went to check on my daughter , someone had opened her door and she was sound asleep . The dnd sign was clearly visible on the door . When I approached the front desk , the bald headed man working the shift at the front desk was extremely impolite and rude to me . All I wanted to know why her door was opened and she was sleeping and there were so many members of the public on the floor . He basically said the ‘public’ bathroom was not mine (this was never my query ) only that I wanted to know why her door was opened . No explanation was ever given even though I emailed the hotel immediately. The whole situation felt unsafe tbh. I requested an iron which is standard in a hotel room and was basically told no , so as a traveler you either wear your clothes wrinkled or use their over priced laundry which is open only till 1 pm . Basically the entire experience was extremely disappointing.

Atenció de recepció i pèssim esmorzar. En comptegotes posaven les quantitats. A les 8.30 ja no hi havia res x esmorzar. Només pastissos

Staff very pleasant . Great location for train / bus or city centre.

Cons:

Via Roma is very noisy ....hard to get sleep . Rooftop bar very popular with non residents hence hotel lift is overly busy in the evening . Rooms need a paint job .

Hotel bien situé au coeur de Palerme pour visiter les magnifiques églises avec un rooftop très agréable
Pros:

Bien situé pour faire les visites à pieds
Grand chambre, beau roof top très agréable pour le petit déjeuner et boire un verre le soir. Il y a la possibilité d’accéder à un un parking payant un peu plus loin.

Cons:

La chambre donnait sur la rue donc un peu bruyante , pas de possibilité pour se garer devant l’hotel pour déposer tranquilement ses bagages. Le parking n’est pas très facile à trouver.

Séjour en famille très agréable. Situation géographique idéale proche du centre historique.
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable, avec de grands couloirs meublés comme à la maison. Chambre impeccable et grande salle de bains.

Cons:

Un seul ascenseur très utilisé par les visiteurs du rooftop.

Le stanze sono spaziose, pulite e luminose, le finestre hanno il doppio vetro quindi sono anche molto silenziose. L’hotel ha una bellissima terrazza con vista sui tetti della città dove poter fare colazione e cena. Super consigliato!

Le rooftop est ce qui donne tout le charme à cet hôtel, au petit déjeuner ou au dîner la vue y est incroyable, sûrement une des plus belles de Palerme.

Cons:

Pas de parking, très compliqué pour circuler, bruyant dans la chambre (5ème) en soirée.
Salle de bain exiguë.
