Pros:

Great Location. Amazing roof top bar for breakfast.

Cons:

Turned away from Roof top bar just wanting drinks until we explained we were staying in the hotel.

The rooftop restaurant and breakfast area have breathtaking views of Palermo

Cons:

There is no lounge or bar inside the hotel. You are either on the roof which is expensive or in your room.

Obiekt w cudownej lokalizacji.
Do wszystkich najważniejszych punktów zwiedzania nie więcej niż 10min - dosłownie!
Śniadania ok ale tylko ok (brak pokrojonych owoców tylko a la sałatka owocowa - a szkoda będąc w kraju gdzie takie owoce to codzienność to bardzo dziwne, brak warzyw świeżych typu ogórek, pomidor i inne - tylko sałatka, bark mleka na bufecie - dość dziwne bo były płatki) ale widok wynagradza, ale za to przemiłe Panie na śniadaniu i uśmiechnięte!
Wielkość pokoju ok, łazienka wąska ale ujdzie (bardzo wąska między toaleta, a prysznicem.

Cons:

Pan który nas obsługiwał przy zameldowaniu zrobił to od niechcenia, a na koniec zarzucił nieszczerym uśmiechem - bardzo słabo na 4* obiekt.
Kawa na śniadaniu przelewowa - bardzo słabo na standard 4* - brak jakiejkolwiek informacji na stołach czy można zamówić kawę czy też nie (gdzie nawet w hotelach 3* spotyka się ekspresy do kawy - słabej jakości ale zawsze jest)
Winda jeździ jak chce - powinna być wyregulowana.

Our room was at front of hotel .was very noisy all night long with traffic . Overlooked via Roma .so sleep was disturbed

Pros:

Lovely rooftop terrace for dinner, good central location and large comfortable room

Cons:

Nothing really just thought the tea making facilities were very basic, no coffee or milk, just 2 tea bags and some sugar, paper cups and stirring sticks, was not replaced after the first day

Nice hotel with popular rooftop restaurant
Pros:

The hotel has an amazing rooftop restaurant with views over Palermo that clearly is a favorite of the locals. Great breakfast selections.

Cons:

The lift is slow and hard to use at times because of non-guests heading to/from the rooftop restaurant. Location a few blocks from the heart of town…just ok.

La vue sur Palerme au petit déjeuner et son emplacement.

Cons:

L’hôtel est surmonté d’un roof top qui fait bar et restaurant le soir. Les allers venues en ascenseur sont incessantes et le bruit est permanent. Les équipements des chambres sont vieillots.

Pros:

Le rooftop pour le petit déjeuner et la situation aux portes de la vieille ville.

Cons:

L’accueil minimaliste. Les chambres au 1er étage ( malgré le tarif deluxe), bruyante, la cafetière de la chambre cassée, la salle de bain lugubre, douche petite.
L’accueil de la personne le soir sur le rooftop ainsi que le service : on se fait toiser pour un spritz vendu 12 euros et 3 euros de service par verre ! Pas une bonne expérience client de l’hôtel.
