L'emplacement meme s'il y a mieux

Cons:

Le bruit...chambre 107...hyper bruyant. Je ne comprends pas que la porte en haut des escaliers ne soit pas fermée. C'était bruyant tard et tôt. Une porte, qui existe, qui se ferme simplement sans être a clé suffit. Ça à tout gâché.
Et aussi une immense sdb et une cabine de douche riquiqui.

Overall decent hotel for the location and price.
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent, the restaurant on the roof great view and good breakfast. Exceptional hotel and restaurant staff. The staff was very nice!

Cons:

A little older, the bedroom air conditioner made noises, and the bathroom vent also made noises. I could hear a lot of walking so the room was a little loud. Biggest problem is the bed is very hard.

Busy, great location do exploring all aspects of Palermo from historic centre to the sea front and harbour.
Pros:

Room was a decent size, shower was brilliant and the roof terrace and views for breakfast were awesome.

Cons:

More tea and milf in the room.

Beautiful place, with a nice design and comfortable rooms. The restaurant on top has a marvellous view. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Sijainti huippuhyvä. Kattoterassin näkymät uskomattomat! Huoneessa vedenkeitin.

Cons:

Hotelli on jo vähän kulahtanut. Kahvi- ja hammasmukit kartonki ja muoviyhdistettä sisältävät kertakäyttökupit. Palasaippua jolle ei laskualustaa...missä nykyaikainen nestesaippua?

Globalement très agréable
Pros:

Chambre basique mais confortable. Personnel très accueillant, souriant et disponible. Superbe rooftop pour les petits déjeuners et les apéritifs.

Cons:

L'équipement de la salle de bain, la douche en particulier est moyen et le fonctionnement de l'eau chaude était aléatoire.

Good location and well equipped room.

Cons:

It was a bit weak for 4 stars hotel. Breakfast and the reception areas were small (there is a nice terrace for the summer time). Although the bad had stain but it had not been cleaned or changed.

Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait et la terrasse très agréable avec une vue incroyable sur Palerme

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner à vraiment été le seul point noir. Pour un hôtel de ce standing il n’est pas du tout à la hauteur et s’est révélé très décevant (par exemple jus d’orange industriel alors qu’on était en pleine saison des oranges).

Staff davvero cortese ed accogliente pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta ove possibile. Colazione Ottima sia per il dolce che per il salato servita al settimo piano, da dove si gode di una vista strepitosa sia verso la città che verso il mare, da uno staff davvero efficiente. Camera davvero spaziosa, pulita e funzionale. Posizione davvero ottimale.

L'insonorizzazione delle camere che si affacciano su via Roma davvero molto trafficata e rumorosa

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sind laut und ungemütlich

Das Personal war wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße (Via Roma) und die Fenster sind nicht dicht, es war kalt und muffig im Zimmer trotz Heizung. Da die Fenster nicht dicht sind, ist es auch extrem laut gewesen. Es scheint, als würden nachts und früh am Morgen Rennen auf der Via Roma gefahren werden, entsprechend laut ist es dann auch im Zimmer. Aber nicht nur zur Straße ist es nicht gedämmt, sondern auch zum Hotel selbst ist es sehr hellhörig, so dass man Nachts wirklich keine Ruhe hat. Es war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet das Zimmer und hat eher an eine Klosterzelle erinnert als an ein 4Sterne-Hotel.
