Ett bra, prisvärt hotell med en magisk takterass.
Pros:

Hotellet ligger mycket bra i förhållande till Palermo centralstation. Rummen är ok, takterrassen där frukost serveras är magisk. Rekommenderar också att äta middag på takterrassens restaurang, mycket god mat och trevlig atmosfär.

Cons:

Rummen är något lyhörda.

Pros:

Fantastisk takterrass med en magisk utsikt och bra läge på hotellet och förvånansvärt tysta rum.

Trots lite gnäll nedan så hade jag gärna bott på hotellet igen med tanke på läget, utsikten och även frukosten

Cons:

Med svenska mått två stjärnigt hotell med en rätt kass dusch, spartanskt rum och toalett. Svårt att ta sig upp till restaurangen från gästvåningarna då det bara fanns en hiss och den fylldes på bottenvåningen av folk som skulle upp till takterrassen. Rätt sur personal i restaurangen.

Ottimo malgrado il maltempo, ma da ritornare per una vacanza di mare.
Pros:

La colazione era ottima e la posizione buona sia per usufruire dei mezzi pubblici sia per visitare tutti i luoghi turistici dopo una sana camminata.

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was great with a good selection but the coffee is poor especially as we are in Sicily!

Cons:

Considering it’s a 4 star Hotel !
On arrival reception staff not that friendly.
Rooms are very dated , shower is CV poor with controls that are difficult to to turn thru stiffness

Pros:

Posizione eccellente (vicinissimo a via Maqueda) per visitare il centro città. Camera silenziosa, letto molto comodo. Eccezionale terrazza all'ultimo piano dell'edificio in cui è servita la colazione (ma anche l'aperitivo e si può anche cenare). Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo rispetto ad altri alberghi analoghi della medesima zona.

Cons:

La colazione è migliorabile, mettendo a disposizione anche prodotti locali non soltanto le solite cose che si possono trovare ovunque. Il bagno era piccolo e privo di finestre

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner ou dîner en terrasse avec la vue sur Palerme.
L'hôtel est dans le centre historique, restaurants et boutiques en proximité immédiate.
Un personnel efficace.

Pros:

Die Lage, Sauberkeit, Frühstücksbuffet und vor allem der Balkon mit Aussicht über die Altstadt von Palermo waren hervorragend. Gerne wieder!

Overpriced room. Underpriced view.
Pros:

You are basically paying for the view. If you are in the 5th floor it looks across the city and is spectacular. The roof terrace likewise has a spectacular view.

Cons:

The room is average at best. Horrible floors, poor decor. Tiny shower. Noise level from the street is extreme. At 130 euro per night the room is shocking. But the view is great.

Pros:

Personale professionale e al contempo alla mano, socievoli e simpatici. Ottima colazione con vista, stanza pulita e letto comodo. Abbiamo avuto una piacevole conversazione con Rita e Antonio che si sono interessati a ciò che abbiamo visitato durante il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente :)
