Vila Gale Cerro Alagoa Resort Hotel

We stayed at the hotel with our 9 yesr old girl who had an amzing time with the animation staff, carolina and Paula. They were very interactive with my daughter and always had a smile on their face and happy to help.if we got stuck with anything in the hotel.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zimmer hatte einen schönen Balkon, war ausreichend groß und man konnte in der Minibar auch eigene Getränke kühlen. Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Every thing was beautiful room was clean and tidy pool view from the balcony was amazing and food was so tastie and the sun was incredible from sun rise to sunset

Our stay at this hotel was ruined by a serious security failure. During our stay, someone broke into our room and stole approximately €1,500 worth of belongings. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of concern shown by hotel management when we reported the incident.

We expected some level of sympathy, assistance, or reassurance, but the manager was dismissive and showed little interest in helping us deal with what was a very distressing experience. We were shocked to discover that there is no CCTV coverage in the corridors, hallways, or even the reception area, making it extremely difficult to investigate incidents like this or provide guests with any sense of security.

A hotel has a responsibility to provide a safe environment for its guests, and unfortunately, this hotel failed us badly. The theft itself was upsetting, but the poor response from management and the lack of basic security measures were what left the worst impression.

We would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think carefully about the security arrangements and to keep valuables with them at all times. Sadly, based on our experience, we would not return.

We had a great experience at the spa. The area was calming and clean. My niece and I had Jessica and Katerina for full body 1hr massage. I needed a light touch and Katerina was perfect.

旧市街ではなく街の外側にあることと、大きな駐車場がホテルの敷地内外にあり車でのアクセスが良い。そのため街には歩いて降りていく必要があるが、観光用電車に乗れば歩かなくても行ける。また、周りにスーパーやカフェもあり、買い物も便利。

Beautiful hotel, lovely and clean. Spacious bedroom as there were 3 of us sharing the room. Hot shower, rooms cleaned everyday. Nice balcony and hotel staff could not do enough for you. Loved Paolo in the bar, very chatty & Freindly guy. We were excited for the wine tasting experience but it needs improvement as there was no one explaining the wine we were drinking- it just needed more staff or one dedicated to the wine. Restaurant had a lot of choices but we also needed someone to talk through the different food stations on our first night. There was a hot counter and certain food was cooked in front of you for dinner & breakfast. All tasted fresh and lots to taste. Beautiful pool and plenty of sun loungers. Easy walk to the old town.
