Calme,ambiance luxe et ambiance vacances
Pros:

L’accueil , l’emplacement par rapport à l mer , aux commerces, McDo juste en face , en pleine ville , établissement très propre et luxueux à l’intérieur ! Les chambres au top et toujours entretenu par les femme de chambres merci 🙏🏾 ! Le petit déjeuner de qualité.! L’équipe en cuisine et le service son au taquet et au top . une propreté et un suivi propreté autour de la piscine et transats tout au long de la journée ! Plein d’activités et de jeux par un personnel bien veillants ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour … le rdv est déjà pris pour l’Anne prochaine ! Merci à toute l’équipe de Vila galet

Couldn't fault anything at all.
Pros:

Breakfast was really really good. They had a lot to choose from and they also had a chef there at the counter cooking fresh omelette or even an egg benedict if you liked. Lots of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juices and also fresh multivitamin juice which I thought it was really nice. Plenty of clean cups oh and they also had ice too!
And the desserts were yummy.... Fresh pancakes with nutella were insane... Pastel De Nata's went down really well for breakfast too haha! It was 10/10 for me!
The staff was really nice and welcoming, they all had great English too. I got to use the spa area downstairs also and got a full body massage done with Michelle, she was so sweet and an amazing beauty therapist.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't like was the view from my balcony but that's my own fault because I didn't choose to pay for a pool view lol.

Funcionários atenciosos com serviço completo

Cons:

Não tenho reparos a fazer mas já agora aproveito para dizer que os serviços de entretenimento nomeadamente a sala onde está o bilhar o mesmo poderia estar disponível ao hospede e em melhor estado o que seria uma forma de manter o cliente nas instalações e por sua vez convidava ao consumo.

Boa localização mas não vale a pena
Pros:

Boa localização, boa piscina, bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Hotel antigo, os funcionários carecem de mais treinamento, encontramos baratas no quarto, sanitário com vazamento de água (o que sugere pouca manutenção), sem salva-vidas na piscina, atividades de que envolvem música alta até às 23hs. Não vale a pena.

Vila Gale Cerro Alagoa: relax y desconexión total.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el trato con el personal del buffet. Muy amables, sobre todo una chica que se llama Ana y que está en recepción del buffet en la cena. Se portó estupendamente conmigo, ya que me sentí bastante mal uno de los días durante mi estancia y no pude comer de nada y me pidió dos yogures naturales sin problema alguno para cenar. Solo me pude comer medio pero se lo agradecí muchísimo y nos informó de todo lo que hacer por si me sentía peor.
La piscina me ha encantado, no estaba tan masificada como en otros hoteles.
Respecto al desayuno y cena, están bien pero podrían incluir algo más de variedad.

Cons:

No podría decir que algo no me gustó porque lo he visto bastante bien respecto a calidad - precio. Es un hotel que está bien ubicado y que tiene paradas de autobuses, taxis y trenecito prácticamente en la puerta.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

The facility was outdated and lacked a good flow. Getting a towel for the pool was like a treasure hunt. The breakfast buffet felt like a test in a survival show. The spa could easily be improved with a few minor changes.

Pros:

The pool, outdoor space and large indoor bar were amazing. Proximity to the old town was a bonus and just a 10 min walk.

Cons:

While the staff was always friendly, the afternoon pool bar was slow which may have been due to short staffing. Another person working at the bar and kitchen would be helpful.
