Beautiful, quiet and unexpected
Pros:

The staff at the majestic was phenomenal! It made our experience feel luxurious! They accommodated all of our needs. The small dining experience was exceptional! The vegetable, fruit and herb gardens were unexpected. We will be back.

Bellissimo hotel
Pros:

Per la seconda volta ho soggiornato presso questo hotel nei pressi di Sorrento e confermo la mia prima impressione: camere pulite e spaziose, tranquillità, ottima colazione. Tornerò di sicuro il prossimo anno per una vacanza più lunga anche perché una gentile ragazza alla reception mi ha confermato che stanno preparando delle camere nuove e voglio provare il loro famoso cocktail bar sul rooftop.

Perfect hotel for adult stay with a location that is central but not bysy
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful views from rooftop bar. Rooms big. The garden with the lemon and orange trees was a real selling point and I would have liked to be able to spend more time there

Cons:

I would have liked a bar in the garden to allow dribks to be served there

Hotel anni 80 molto carino
Pros:

Non è a Sorrento quindi se ci si sposta a piedi sono 30 minuti, in taxi 25€.
Hotel carino anche se in parte da rinnovare, bella la camera molto spaziosa.
Colazione continentale senza lode.

Cons:

Parcheggio scomodo e non si poteva accendere il riscaldamento.

Pros:

Quiet location apart from the noise of bins being emptied around 4am
Rooms grand and elegant. Interior decor beautiful

Cons:

Appreciate it’s nearing end of season but shame pool wasn’t open from 8am. Would like to swim before breakfast. Definitely missed tea/coffee making facilities in room

We had the best time and loved every minute of it, if I remember was to return to Sorrento I would be looking to stay he
Pros:

The hotel was superb, it was traditional but glamorous. The staff were all fantastic and extremely helpful. The gardens at the rear of the hotel are stunning and if you get a room facing these you are in for a treat at sunset!

Cons:

The only issue is that the rooms are quite noisy, there is a lot of noise from the floor above so 4th floor is advised.

Cons:

Answers to touring and travel questions at front desk were poor. We followed advice and missed connections and lost out on a planned visit to Ravello. Their response next day was oh too bad... You never can tell with busses. They should have warned us of time restrictions and suggested spending a bit more and going by jet ferry.
