Perfect location and views amazing
Pros:

Could not find anything negative to ssy about Vile Galle , fabulous reception staff location is perfect and hotel facilities are excellent, plenty of sun beds around the pools everyday

Camas confortáveis, piscinas adequadas e limpas,funcionários simpáticos mas a maioria sem formação para o lugar.....
Recepcionistas diligentes profissionais e simpáticos (referir Maria).Referir ainda a subgerente Teresa e a menina do bar interior( não sei o nome:( )

Não contava com as instalações tão antigas comparativamente com outros Vilas Galé.O hotel estando, em reparações, deviam ter avisado clientes pois tirar uma sesta no quarto foi impossível.!
Jantámos 1 só vez e estava muito fraco.Ao questionar, apercebi -me que, não sendo necessário marcar previamente, os responsáveis obviamente não sabiam com quem contar ( nós éramos 5).
Também não me agradou o horário nocturno,no caso,tudo fechou à meia noite e SILÊNCIO...Num hotel destes, férias, com jovens ....Sim, adivinho o motivo: falta de funcionários.
Sintetizando, escrevi muito, eu sei, mas FUNDAMENTALMENTE, acho que os gestores deviam apostar mais na " matéria " humana de funcionários. Não será essa a principal função de gestores?
Espero que se um dia voltar, tenham resolvido alguns handicaps.
