EXCELENTE E SAI MUITO DESCANSADO E SATIFEITO

Gostei da simpatia de todos os colaboradores, desde a receção penso que foi a Sra Laura que estava na receção que foi muito prestável e nos recebeu de uma forma excelente, dos dois Srs Carlos Oliveira, penso que do bar/ restaurante, que foram muito simpáticos também, dos vossos colaboradores de bar na Piscina, que apesar de terem tantos clientes nunca demorou muito o serviço de bar e fornecimento de comida!
Resumindo : Os vossos colaboradores foram muito simpáticos, pelo que só a sua simpatia valeu toda a estadia!

Avoid this hotel if you're in a wheelchair
Pros:

Accessibility
We booked an accessible room in this hotel for a family wedding. I am a wheelchair user as I have very little function in my legs. This is a photo of the bathroom. Showering relies on sliding onto the board from the wheelchair and having one's legs lifted into the bath. The board had no instructions on how to fix it in position, and while it appeared to be stable, I fell into the bath as my legs were being lifted in. The manager and two staff had to lift me out, and while I was not physically hurt, I felt that the manager's only concern was for me to confirm I was ok and that the hotel would not have a liability claim, and apart from one "are you ok" follow-up, the matter ended there.
We felt no apology from the manager, no tinge of any regret (though the manager had previously said he had written to the hotel group about the disabled room) and other than allowing us a 6pm check out on our last day, no other gesture in recognition of (i) the lack of warning that the board might move, (ii) the absence of instructions on how to fix it in position, (iii) the complete lack of understanding or concern for guests with disabilities, and (iv) the resultant indignity of being lifted unclothed out of the bath by three strangers. Poor leadership.
Luggage Room
I left my wheelchair in the luggage room for an afternoon when I used a hired scooter to go around the town, which is entirely cobbled and difficult to get around with small front castors. When I returned, my wheelchair was not in the room as another guest had been allowed into the luggage room unsupervised and had taken my wheelchair (rather than the hotel's) out onto those cobbled streets. The unsuspecting guest returned the wheelchair immediately with some embarrassment. Again, there was no apology or concern from the hotel.
Staff
By and large, the staff were excellent. Two big shout-outs. The first to Luis on the front desk who went home and brought me in multiple pairs of cufflinks to choose from so I could borrow a set for the wedding. Over and above. And Jaime who looked after us with good humour and grace each morning at breakfast. And many others whose names I did not take sufficient note of.
