A simpatia fos funcionários da receção e do bar, fantásticos, muitos parabéns. Era o aniversário do meu marido e ofereceram um bolo e uma garrafa de vinho.

Cons:

Beautiful place to stay in Ericeira, hotel staff needs better and more training
Pros:

Location is superb, absolutely fantastic views. Food and drinks were OK, we also enjoyed swimming pools and a tiny SPA area. Comfy beds, very quiet AC and the hotel definitely has a history and charm.

Cons:

Once we arrived we have met quite a number of little issues - broken wardrobe, etc. Most of them were solved by the staff very quick, efficiently and in a friendly manner. But we have to report about absolutely terrible, inattentive and very slow service at the bar. The ordered drinks were forgotten several times. People are not well trained - they work chaotically. We were waiting for two drinks more than 45 minutes, although there were not too many customers. Also - the housekeeping was not always helpful. I hope this can be fixed.

ótima localização em cima do mar, com estacionamento e bons acessos. Pequeno almoço muito bom também. Ótima zona exterior

Cons:

Acesso ao spa mal sinalizado e a piscina interior que é muito baixa, mais apropriada a crianças que a adultos e sem uma área de relaxamento

Cons:

7 Euro für 0,2 l Cola aus der Minibar fand ich schockierend und nicht wirklich besucherfreundlich. Ist aber anscheinend dem Geschuldet, dass viele Leute falsche Angaben machen beim Auschecken und das Hotel auf den Kosten sitzen bleibt.
