La ubicación y el entorno así como las instalaciones, especialmente la piscina cubierta.
Además el desayuno es muy completo y el comedor está muy bien.

Cons:

Hicimos la reserva con desayuno incluido y fue una sorpresa enterarnos que, aún avisando con antelación, no preparaban desayunos para llevar en caso de irse por la mañana temprano. Por tanto, los dos días en los que salimos del hotel a las 7:00 am para hacer algunas rutas típicas de Madeira, no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno aun habiéndolo pagado. Es más, si querías un desayuno para llevar solo te lo preparaban pagando entre 12 y 20€ adicionales por persona.

Hotel immerso nella natura e silenzioso. Qualche nota dolente sul fronte pulizia: la doccia non era completamente chiusa

L’emplacement est très calme, les chambres que nous avions donnaient sur le jardin central avec une petite terrasse. Le jardin et le potager (dont les légumes sont servis au restaurant) sont très beaux et apaisants. Les petits déjeuner et les dîners étaient très biens et variés. La piscine et le spa n’était pas bondée, les enfants y sont autorisés à toutes les heures merci!

Cons:

Les serviettes de piscine et peignoirs ont du mal à sécher dans la chambre. Écologiquement je comprends la démarche de ne pas les changer tous les jours néanmoins il faudrait pouvoir les faire sécher correctement.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Enotel Santo da Serra! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.

The breakfasts were truly exceptional, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The dinner buffet was equally impressive, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste.

The staff deserve special recognition. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The reception team, in particular, was outstanding and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Parking was easy and convenient, which was a great advantage for us as we had a rental car. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We were also pleasantly surprised by a lovely welcome gift waiting for us in our room upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, especially the fantastic park, which is perfect for a relaxing walk. The swimming pool could be a little bigger, but it is well designed and more than adequate for a peaceful swim.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend Enotel Santo da Serra to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Madeira!
