Pros:

Spectacular hotel and location, single floor building.

Rooms and SPA are perfect. Both are with pleasant garden view.

Good variety on breakfast.

Cons:

Dinner was far from what I would expect, no fresh bread and meat/fish selection is poor with too much oil and sauces.

Pros:

Ligging fantastisch, heerlijk rustig en landelijk, zo ook de vibe in dit hotel. Kamers ruim en heerlijke bedden. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid 5 sterren! Zo ook het diner, voor 30euro buffet inc 1 drankje. Erg goed.

Cons:

Ze hadden me niet vertelt dat er een verbouwing gaande was aan het dak waardoor ik niet rustig op balkon kon zitten overdag. Nu was ik vrijwel de hele dag hiken, maar dit had gezegd mogen worden of zelfs gecompenseerd. Daarom een 8 ipv een 9/10.

Pros:

Le personnel, le petit déjeuner, le dîner, ma piscine

Cons:

Pas assez de rangement dans la chambre
Très difficile de faire sécher les serviettes, et les peignoirs

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Enotel Santo da Serra. The hotel is in a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. The hotel was a great base for exploring Madeira by car. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and many good memories from our stay.

Very enjoyable, took the Bus several days into fungal, very busy that place was hopping! But very hot, it was a bit cool
Pros:

It was quiet, peaceful, the staff were unbelievably helpful and kind so so friendly I am Visually Impaired, I was asked at one stage what my room number was and it became a parent that every staff member knew by my Room number that I may need assistance they were kind helpful without being overbearing obviously well trained in dealing with people with disabilities I was very impressed👏🏻🥇

Cons:

To be honest I wouldn’t really rate the food, breakfast was OK nothing special except for the coffee that was amazing! I would not recommend the buffet dinner that was not great, but the staff made up for it😍

Pros:

Bel hôtel avec magnifique jardin. Situation à quelques minutes en voiture de l’aéroport. Chambre impeccable avec grand balcon. Accueil chaleureux. Et surtout un buffet petit déjeuner avec d’excellents produits. Merci.
