«Уставший» номер. Не очень хорошо было убрано, дверь в санузле была грязной и в непонятных разводах, дивану требуется химчистка. Окна заклеены матовой пленкой, не видно, что на улице - некомфортно. Во дворике перед отелем иногда сильно пахло канализацией. Check out в 14.00, но придя за вещами в 13.45 мы обнаружили, что наши ключ-карты заблокированы, девушка на ресепшн была не очень довольна, что мы так поздно выселялись, хотя сама же и подтвердила ранее выезд до 14.00. Сотрудники на ресепшн плохо говорят на английском, объясниться можно только через онлайн-переводчик.

Ik had verwacht dat het personeel aan de receptie Engels zou spreken, dat viel wat tegen. Maar met Google translate is alles gelukt. Ze waren heel behulpzaam, maar niet echt op de hoogte van wat er in de buurt te doen is (wij hadden bv geïnformeerd naar avondactiviteiten).

Despite booking a twin room, we were put into a double. Management rectified when we queried it.

Internet/Wi-fi was weak and can improve
The garbage area from the hotel in the front can be hidden and resolved.

There is no way to close the curtains in the window and there is a lot of light that comes into the room since 6am.
The hotel seemed to be well connected and near the centre, but in reality it didn't seem real to me. There is only one metro and you have to change each time the line to go anywhere.

Nobody speaks English and they do not do much effort to try. One of them managed to give me a paper with a sentence in English and that was all. For a big, international city as Shanghai, it seems quite bad that nobody at Reception speaks English.

Breakfast was quite awful, there was nearly no choice, the croissants and pain au chocolats were burnt and even the information about the food was not in the right product.

They kept our luggage but there is no storage room, so our bags were next to the reception, opened to eveyone the whole day.

Alhoewel het ontbijt redelijk is... Mocht het iets beter verzorgd... Zeker voor de prijs

We got two rooms, however, the air con of the other room is malfunctioning throughout the stay. We reported it during the first night but the staff didn't action and only insisted on changing our rooms but we're already checking out and only offered free breakfast.
