Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Wifi connection was not good. Room was very hot even with windows opened. Centrally controlled air con was switched off ' because it is spring'. The reception provided us with a fan but it did not help much.

Superbe hotel en pleine concession française. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Réception au top, aidant au maximum. 2 métros très proches. Petit dejeuner super.croissants,petits pain au chocolat, vrai pain. Laverie. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Si besoin, brosse à dents, peigne, bonnet de douche, rasoir à disposition.

The location was great, close to subway, shopping and places to eat.
Amy at the front desk is really helpful, even with little English.

Cons:

The room had a no smoking sign but it had a stale smell of smoke.

Please fix the problem with maps finding the hotel address.
