Hotel, in dem man jeden Moment erwartet, John Wayne zu begegnen.

Pleasant but could have been better.
Pros:

Liked having a cafe inside the hotel. We received a free breakfast ticket, but were surprised by the small menu choices.
Liked the gift shops and the hotel itself.

Cons:

My friend complained of lots of cigarette butts that he thought should have been cleaned up.
We were assigned rooms in the annex, rather than the hotel, which greatly disappointed us. Also I was confirmed with 1 room with a shower and one room with a bath, then, when I found I had a shower, I was told there was only one room with a bath in the entire hotel. I would have liked to have known that when I booked, instead of receiving a confirmation of my request.
IU forgot to add the room temperature got up to 82 degrees and they brought fans over to help. I had to leave the window open all night. Another patron told me that they had to do the same thing. Heat was turned on for winter, but the temperature set is too HIGH!

Cool place we didn’t stay overnight

Staff was great, friendly and helpful!

Cons:

They did refund our money which is great but others need to be aware.
They had turned the AC to rooms off 4 days before we arrived. Upon check in we were given this information and were told they had fans and we could open a window. We had already driven around town and noticed many building with bars so I checked the crime stats and they were above average. We went to room it was 78 degrees. Upon looking at the windows which we were told we could raise there were no screens present and a fire escape nice if needed but not nice if you have to sleep with your windows open in a high crime area.

Really Charming
Pros:

Our stop at Hotel El Rancho for the night before we continued our Route 66 roadtrip was a great experience. It was so much fun to stay where stars of yesteryear's Westerns stayed to film in the area. Our room was very clean and comfortable; we enjoyed the bar and restaurant; parking was ample; the staff were pleasant and efficient.

An interesting place to stay but one night was enough.
Pros:

A very quirky and individual property with an abundance of character and history.

Cons:

The small bathroom is a given being a historical building however having no closed toilet seat was unpleasant and also annoying as there was little enough space as it was so using a toilet seat to pop stuff on would be useful.

Pros:

Le style de l'établissement très authentique bien qu'assez moderne. Restaurant surplace très pratique car l'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre ville à pied.

Cons:

L'utilisation de l'ascenseur du bâtiment principal pourrait être amélioré en ajoutant un voyant de présence.
L'accueil du restaurant n'est pas très chaleureux pas de réservation possible et échange verbal assez froid
Les groupes de clim extérieur de l'hôtel un peu bruyantes

The charm

Cons:

Front desk was rude and unhelpful. There was no heather on the room and it was very cold. Tv and WiFi wasn’t working properly. We paid way too much for the service and standard.

Front desk has offered to give us a discount but they told us we need to look with you.
