Comfortable, great breakfast, and good location
Pros:

The hotel is in a very central location. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, and the eggs/omelets were fresh cooked at a station. Several restaurants are in the area. It felt safe in the area.

Clean quiet, perfect location excellent staff
Pros:

The place has everything that you need for a vacation, the beach is only five minutes away. You don’t have to take the trolley bus or Uber you could drive. The parking surprisingly was very cheap and right across the street from the beach. I think we spent seven or eight dollars for three hours in parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is nothing negative to say.

Great hotel, will definitely stay again!
Pros:

Rooms were clean, beds super comfortable. Breakfast was great! Outdoor noise was non existent. Our room overlooked the pool area, and it was very quiet!

I was Frustrated and Insulted.
Pros:

The evening staff on the 5th was EXCELLENT! Breakfast was very disappointing. Hotel location was perfect for my needs. I stayed there to get to the hospital easily and on time for cancer surgery in the morning.

Cons:

The hotel is very nice but… the pool is advertised as “heated”. It is not, and in fact is very cold. I even called the hotel to confirm is was heated… because I needed that “exercise” the day before major surgery. But the worse part of our stay happened at midnight. We were awakened with about 30 flies zooming around within our room. So we were trying to kill flies and go back to sleep with the ones we couldn’t get. It appeared they were baby flies. After telling the morning staff and asking for a discount… We got a very rude cold shoulder - EVEN AFTER SHOWING STAFF OUR PICTURES. And in fact later received a message that they couldn’t find any flies. I had showed morning staff pictures and had left the dead ones on a napkin in the bathroom. Pretty lame that they didn’t even find the dead ones. That added insult to injury. I was headed for major surgery in that morning so had much more pressing issues (double mastectomy) I needed to worry about. Was very disappointed with how they handled that situation.

Will be staying here every time we get to California
Pros:

Everything! Breakfast staff was incredible with an amazing spread of food every morning. The courtyard was peaceful, clean, and our favorite place to sit at our bistro set outside our room. Location was perfect as well
