Very nice

Wir kommen zum 6. mal ins Ayres Hotel, weil ganz einfach alles stimmt. Saubere Zimmer, großzügige Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal! Sehr gute Lage, ruhig. Immer wieder gerne.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ayres in Laguna Woods. The room was very big and even had a wet bar with a microwave and minifridge. The bathroom was commodious with a separate sink area. The staff were polite and friendly. And the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious complete with an omelet station. We highly recommend this great hotel.

great location, lots of shops around , great free parking situation, quiet location.
love their motif felt like I was staying in Tuscany with how committed they are to their theme in regards to decorations.
The rooms are huge and the AC is super cold very nice for hot summer days,
their lotion and body wash also smells very good (white tea).
Overall a clean and well maintained property

I had a very pleasant stay at Ayres Hotel Laguna Woods - Aliso Viejo. The room was very spacious, bright and comfortable, with large windows and plenty of natural light.

Parking was easy and there were plenty of spaces available, which was very convenient. I also appreciated that parking was included in the room rate. The hotel itself feels spacious, with wide corridors and plenty of room throughout the property.

Another big plus was the laundry facility. Having a washing machine and dryer available on-site was extremely helpful during my stay.

The location also worked well for me, especially when travelling by car, as it was easy to get around and reach nearby places.

Hôtel très agréable et très calme. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le coin piscine et jacuzzi également. Possibilité de manger au bord de la piscine. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner.

This is a lovely hotel. The room was good and spacious, very clean and beds/pillows etc were very comfortable. The aircon worked well, the room was quiet and had a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. There were plenty of towels etc and the complimentary toiletries have a lovely smell. There was a lovely outside space for eating breakfast. My niece and nephew loved the pool and the hot tub. It is in a quiet area and there is a supermarket and some fast food restaurants and an Indian restaurant a couple of mins walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was also an unexpected 'happy hour' several of the evenings, with complimentary snacks and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay.

Struttura molto grande , con camere spaziose e colazione e parcheggio gratuito. Laguna Beach , raggiungibile in 20 minuti .
Abbiamo tuttavia riscontrato poco personale , anche se molto educato , per una struttura così grande anche a colazione.

It was a pleasant surprise to have a complimentary happy hour 5-7 pm. Loved the fresh baked cookies!! The breakfast staff were very enthusiastic and inviting and there were so many nice selections. I would have loved it if they had some more plant based options.

Great location! Good breakfast, didn’t use the pool or whirlpool but it looked good, staff were friendly and helpful also good that it has guest laundry although I didn’t use it.
