My favorite hotel in Laguna. Just wish I could earn points by staying there but I book through a 3rd

Outstanding stay! I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The facilities were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel itself is excellent and very well maintained. The breakfast selection was generous and delicious, offering a great variety of options.
The pool area and spa were fantastic, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better.
We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Very good option when visiting the area. The hotel has a lot of amenities such as pool towels, a happy hour (Mo-Thu) and a hot breakfast. We also appreciated the laundry room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Would stay there again for sure!

Well located hotel, lots of FREE PARKING, and friendly, helpful employees.
Pros:

Great breakfast and the cooks and attendants, at such early hours, were so very cheerful and friendly!

Cons:

Admittedly we took awhile in the morning to exit our room. However, on two of the four days stayed we didn’t get maid service despite letting the housekeeper, who was in the hallway, that we were leaving and she could clean our room.

The rooms need at least one comfortable chair!
