Pros:

The aesthetic and ambience of the hotel is great..we love it. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Had a good breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Location is a bit far from city center but made up with nice scenery.

loved this hotel from the minute i entered the grounds . beautiful grounds reception staff were absolutly lovely and friendly. It was spotlessly clean throughout. great bar and food.

Lovely weekend away with family.
Pros:

The staff were all amazing. Clear to see how well trained they have been. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a huge two bed family room and it was great. Very comfortable bedsand slept like a baby. Great pool facilities. We ate in the bar the first night and staff and food was great.

Cons:

Breakfast could do with improvement. Although the selection was there, the quality wasn't brilliant and it was cold. The bread rolls were rock hard and I couldn't get my teeth into them. I think this could be easily improved.

Cons:

The food service was very poor. Over an hour wait for our mains and most of the food was cold when arrived. Room service was bad. The toasties were inedible and also took a long time to arrive at our room. Also, some of the room facilities could do with an upgrade.

Cons:

The room set up was great as a two bedded family room. Good price too. Just a recommendation, there was a light in the ceiling in the twin bedded room, but no switch at all for it so there wasn't enough light for getting ready, we had to use the light under the press in the kitchenette area while bending down so just a recommendation for more lighting.
Also the pillows are very hard and flat! But a comfy bed!
