The location
Watching the football in the restaurant and people screaming at the telly. Would have thought it would have been on in a different room for someone with ADHD it was unsettling. My view from my room was the back of the hotel and it was a skip in the forecourt I would have liked a better view for my stay
It was quiet and relaxing.
Wasn't impressed. Arrived at 3pm after a 2 hr journey. Our room wasnt ready which was fair enough. The lady said to take a seat and she would phone me when it was ready. As my husband has cancer he was exhausted after the journey and fell asleep in the foyer. I went up to reception at 4.05 to ask about the room. The lady said it was ready but yet she never phone me to say if the room was ready earlier. I never would complain but was a bit annoyed.
our room was in a little corridor by itself so we both liked that we weren't beside anyone else. the food in the restaurant was very nice and when checking out there was an option to do it on a screen which was good
there could have been more clearer instructions on how to change the temperature for the shower as it took both me and my partner nearly 20 minutes to figure out the way to change the temperature as when the shower is first turned on the water is scolding hot
Friendly staff and cleanliness
