Pros:

ואו, וואו ועוד פעם וואו. אין מילים שיכולות לתאר את החוויה המושלמת שעברנו, גם אם זה היה רק לילה אחד.
הגענו עם זוג חברים וזכינו לחוויה יוצאת דופן מהשנייה הראשונה.
חייבת לציין במיוחד את מרלן, מנהלת המלון, שדאגה לנו מהרגע הראשון ועד הרגע האחרון, עם יחס אישי, אכפתי ומקצועי.
החדרים היו מושלמים. מסודרים, מרווחים ונקיים ברמה גבוהה מאוד.
שירות החדרים היה מהיר והאוכל פשוט מעולה. שאפו גדול.

גיוון של בריכות

Cons:

לצערי, החוויה שלי במקום הייתה רחוקה מאוד מהמצופה והותירה תחושה קשה של זלזול בלקוח.
זה התחיל בתיאום סדנה: הגענו מוכנים עם בגדי ספורט והמתנו חצי שעה, רק כדי לגלות שאף אחד לא מגיע. כשביררנו מה קורה, נאמר לנו כבדרך אגב ש"שכחו" לעדכן אותנו שהסדנה בוטלה. בנוסף, לא קיבלנו שום הסבר על המתחם ועל הפעילויות בו, מה שגרם לנו לפספס חלקים נרחבים מהחוויה.
הפן הקולינרי היה נקודת השפל של הביקור:
• הבופה: האוכל היה יבש, קפוא ולא משביע. ניכר שלא הושקעה בו שום מחשבה או מאמץ.
• ארוחת הערב: שילמנו מחיר יקר מאוד וציפינו לרמה גבוהה, אך קיבלנו מנות שלא ראויות להגשה. הסטייקים הגיעו קפואים (אפילו לא פושרים), מנות רבות יצאו לא מוכנות, ובשורה התחתונה – שום מנה לא הייתה אכילה.
תחושת הזלזול חזרה על עצמה בכל שלב ביום הזה. מדובר במקום שגובה מחירים גבוהים אך לא מספק מינימום של שירות או איכות. אני לא אחזור
