Cons:

לצערי, החוויה שלי במקום הייתה רחוקה מאוד מהמצופה והותירה תחושה קשה של זלזול בלקוח.
זה התחיל בתיאום סדנה: הגענו מוכנים עם בגדי ספורט והמתנו חצי שעה, רק כדי לגלות שאף אחד לא מגיע. כשביררנו מה קורה, נאמר לנו כבדרך אגב ש"שכחו" לעדכן אותנו שהסדנה בוטלה. בנוסף, לא קיבלנו שום הסבר על המתחם ועל הפעילויות בו, מה שגרם לנו לפספס חלקים נרחבים מהחוויה.
הפן הקולינרי היה נקודת השפל של הביקור:
• הבופה: האוכל היה יבש, קפוא ולא משביע. ניכר שלא הושקעה בו שום מחשבה או מאמץ.
• ארוחת הערב: שילמנו מחיר יקר מאוד וציפינו לרמה גבוהה, אך קיבלנו מנות שלא ראויות להגשה. הסטייקים הגיעו קפואים (אפילו לא פושרים), מנות רבות יצאו לא מוכנות, ובשורה התחתונה – שום מנה לא הייתה אכילה.
תחושת הזלזול חזרה על עצמה בכל שלב ביום הזה. מדובר במקום שגובה מחירים גבוהים אך לא מספק מינימום של שירות או איכות. אני לא אחזור

Celebrated husbands birthday was treated like royalty thank you to Liel and Shelly.

Loved everything.
A huge thank you to Liel from the minute I booked the reservations until we left. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Always with a huge smile on her face. Also a huge thank you to Shelly from the towel and bathrobe desk. She is amazing and very helpful and very friendly. Everything was perfect. Our suite was amazing with a jacuzzi. Was very clean. Nothing negative at all to say. The pool is amazing right temperature. The food trucks and the restaurant delicious. Thank you Dream island Spa and resort. You can be sure that we will be back. Thank you for making my husbands birthday extra Special. Thanks to Liel she made us feel like royalty

מקום מהמם , הינו בסוויטה רובי , וזו חוויה מדהימה. צוות כל כך מתחשב ומוכן לעזור בעל שאלה . הכול נקי , מצוחצח . פשוט נהנינו מכל רגע

זה לא בדיוק כשור למלון . אבל הגענו ממש רעבים ולא היה שום אוכל , חוץ מעוגיות בטרקלין . גם לא באזור . אבל זה היה ערב חג .

המתחם עצמו והספא באמת מעולים

החדר היה מפוצץץ יתושים, ברמה שעשרות יתושים בתוך החדר למרות שדאגנו והקפדנו על חלונות סגורים, ניגשנו לקבלה לדווח. אמרו שהקוטל יתושים בחדר לא עובד בחדר שלנו ושהם תפוזה מלאה לכן לא יכולים להעביר אותנו חדר.
ביקשתי פיצוי כי זה לא הגיוני לישון בחדר מפוצץ יתושים, הפיצוי שנתנו זה שנעזוב את החדר ב12 וחצי במקום ב11 (שזה ממש לא פיצוי אלא יותר זלזול בלקוח). התלוננו ואמרנו שהפיצוי ממש לא הולם וזה ממש חוצפה. אמרו שזה מה יש ןאין להם עוד מה לתת לנו.
