After changing rooms, I am quite satisfied—the room is well-equipped and relatively clean, and the hotel even has a rooftop swimming pool. The location is convenient, with shopping areas all within easy reach."

"My initial check-in experience was nothing short of a nightmare. It was my first time staying in such a place—the lighting was dim, the tableware was greasy, and the air conditioner vents inside the room were black with dirt. Under the outdoor AC unit, there was a pool of water on the ground with a few bird feathers floating on the surface. Fortunately, the staff took our complaints seriously, resolved the issues promptly, and arranged a room change for us the next day. We sincerely hope such situations will not occur again.
