The location in the city is great. A great neighborhood and walkable location to the CBD.

It’s clean and comfortable, but a bit dingy. Good ventilation and AC. Great space, everything works. Great water pressure!

Very nice hotel in good location.
Pros:

We were there March 3-9. After a long night at the airport we arrived several hours before check-in. Phillipe met us a check-in and told us that our room would be available in 10min - great news. He also told us to make use of nice weather days to go to the beach and we changed our plans one day and went to Bondi. He gave us good info on what is around the area. The bus to Bondi was right in front for the hotel. The hotel is a 15min walk from Central train station and from chinatown. Our room was a studio with kitchen and balcony. We used the washer/dryer in the washroom. We had our morning breakfast on the balcony each morning. We did not use the on-site parking in the building. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel seemed secure as you needed your room card to enter the hotel off hours.

Cons:

If you don't like walking, it seemed like you had to walk 10-15 min to get to the bus/ light rail or train everywhere you wanted to go. The check-in desk seems to only be available 7am to 5pm. None of this was a real issue with us, but if you want to nit-pick...

nous étions trois et j'ai dû dormir dans le canapé qui n'était pas du temps confortable...d'autant plus que c'était sur 5 nuits.
pas idéal géographiquement...nous avons beaucoup marché
