Der Küchenchef und der Konditor müssen ausgetauscht werden, dann wird alles wieder gut.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich – die Auswahl war sehr gering. Dafür gab es eine große Auswahl an Obst. Die Desserts hingegen waren eine Katastrophe. Für das Abendessen würde ich von 10 Punkten 4 Punkte vergeben(. Der Koch und der Konditor waren sehr schlecht. Das Dreibettzimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel.

Cons:

Mir hat es nicht gefallen, dass ich jeden Tag einen Tisch im Restaurant reservieren musste. Über die App ging es nicht, da die Reservierungergebnis- ERROR war. Ich bin schließlich im Urlaub und möchte mich nicht um Tischreservierungen kümmern müssen.

Une excellente adresse à Majorque !
Pros:

Un séjour vraiment au top à l'Occidental Palma. Notre petit appartement était idyllique, confortable et super bien aménagé. Les deux piscines sont un vrai plus, très appréciables après une journée de visite. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner : un buffet vraiment exceptionnel, il y en a pour tous les goûts !

Cons:

Si on devait être pointilleux, on a parfois constaté de petites odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain. De plus, l'hôtel a peu de place de parking, mais pas de panique, nous avons toujours réussi à trouver une place pour nous garer facilement dans la rue.

Pros:

Die perfekte Lage, sehr nah an der Partymeile, zu Fuß 4 Minuten zum Megapark Oberbayern. Hier war es sehr sauber und ruhig. Parkplätze waren auch genügend an der Straße... und wir haben ein kostenlosen Upgrade auf Halbpension bekommen 😁

Reinigungspersonal sehr bemüht, sauber. Grosse Auswahl Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen frisch zubereitet. Poolbereich in Ordnung. Servicepersonal im Essensbereich trotz hoher Beanspruchung immer noch recht freundlich.

Cons:

Lage direkt am Ballermann. Zimmergröße sehr klein, nicht dem heutigen Standard entsprechend. Ausstattung der Zimmer veraltet, teilweise kaputt, lieblos. Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Schikursatmosphäre. Klimaanlage veraltet/kühlt nicht. Zeitweise Kanalgeruch im Badezimmer. Kaum Steckdosen im Zimmer. Kühlschrank veraltet. Betten weich. Service insgesamt mittelmässig, Anfragen werden nicht weiter bearbeitet. Essensbereich überfüllt/laut. Extras kosten (Parkplatz, Badetücher). Insgesamt maximal 3 Sterne Haus, überteuert.
