The room was spacious and very comfortable. The service was exceptional and the food was top tier
Nothing
Staff on check-in and out were good and friendly
Breakfast was OK, but checking the menu, there was nothing for a vegan which is very poor
Grande chambre accueillante, lit confortable.
Reasonably quiet location, easy to get to
No late bar
Loved that there was a swimming pool and a Starbucks onsite aswell as the restaurant and seating near reception. The staff were all very attentive and friendly.
Breakfast wasn’t worth £12.50 (reduced rate)
Not enough plugs only 1 next to one bed , one under the tv and one near the door. In a room of that size with 4 people staying more plugs would have been helpful. We had 4 phones to charge.
The pillows were extremely lumpy but the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t complain about the pillows I’m sure I could have asked for replacements.
Rooms were spotless and comfortable, staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from check-in onwards, and the pool and gym was a great bonus, and you pay an extra £5 for the use of those facilities. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was well cooked. Easy parking, lots of it. Quiet night's sleep, and good value for money. Would happily stay again, excellent all round.

This is the best hotel
Great location, huge room.
Little bit tired in some parts of the room.
Food was good in the bar, didn’t try the breakfast. Well equipped gym, shops bus stops short walk to Swindon town centre. 10 minutes by public transport.
Had to check in by myself, 4 members of staff talking to each other. Didn’t have my glasses ready in hand. Very stressful for me. I didn’t understand why I have to check in, when staff members were at hand. Going to a hotel ment to be a stressless part of a short break.
