Pros:

Central location made it easy to access everything by foot. Room had washer/ tumble dryer which was handy.

They are doing major demolition work across the street and it is VERY loud. Starting very early in the morning!

No safe no tea coffee facilities in the room
Shower pressure terrible
Ever time you flushed the toilet handle stuck or pulled out
No room service no facilities to have breakfast
Lobby bar was shut went to roof top bar was told fully booked and not run by hotel so couldn’t offer us a table and then mezzanine floor had restaurant but again independent to hotel and not able to buy a drink and take it mezzanine area to sit quietly had to be in loud restaurant
Pool was not easily accessible
When checking in staff face no brief on hotel
When I spoke about toilet being broken was basically told I booked through a third party booking.com and had to contact them as we only stayed for one night at end of our holiday there was no point

Mega Lage des Hotels. Ansonsten macht das Hotel auf Luxushotel und bietet dabei Mittelklasse.
Pros:

Lage top. Zimmer waren sauber. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war super.

Cons:

Personal sehr unterschiedlich gut. Teilweise hatte man das Gefühl, dass einem nicht wirklich geholfen werden soll. Erst nach mehrmaligen Hinweisen wurde fehlendes Handtuch nachgeliefert. Ausstattung beinhaltete nur das allernötigste mit dem Hinweis, dass fehlende Sachen gebracht werden.
