-Sunday to Tuesday – 10am to 6pm
-Wednesday to Thursday – 10am to 7pm
-Friday to Saturday – 10am to 8pm
-Holidays: by appointment request only

Large Space but Stained Towels. Didn't feel clean
Pros:

*convenient located near King Station and the path
*large space with kitchenette and living room area
*bed, mattress, pillow are comfy

Cons:

*STAINED TOWELS!!! the "clean" towels all have nasty stains, it was really gross. 1 good towel out of 4 bad ones
*toilet broke twice during my 5 night stay
*shower head broken - leaks water from both shower heads at the same time with poor water pressure
*housekeeping in came into my room to replace my water bottles but didn't do any housekeeping for one day, garbage uncleared, towels still in shower, it was weird

Pros:

Bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire. Proximité du métro King et du tramway. Le personnel était courtois.

Cons:

Il y a eu une alarme d’incendie et nous avons dû remonter 21 étages à pied! Il y avait de la distorsion dans le signal télé à toutes les 30 secondes.

Pros:

Situé au coeur du vieux Toronto, à proximité des stations de métro, tramway, grandes avenues.
Excellent emplacement ! La suite avec la cuisine est un beau compromis entre une chambre d hôtel et un rb&b. Avec des enfants, c était parfait!

Cons:

Avec la cuisine de la suite, Il manquait le nécessaire comme une éponge et un torchon.
Nous étions 4, et nous avions seulement 2 grandes serviettes de bain.

Das unteranderem die Küche dreckig war(Fingerabdrücke auf den Schränken,Dreck in den Schubladen) das Inlett der Decke versüfft war und die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten überteuert und selbst nicht zugänglich

Disappointed and disrespected
Pros:

The hot water was shut off. The hotel and stuff did not do enough to inform the guest ( myself ) about the water emergency.
I could not take a shower in the morning or afternoon before a very important business meeting.
The manager at the front desk was not very nice and blamed me for not knowing about the water shut off.
I explained I would not have bookd the 2nd night if I knew there was no hot water.
I had to go to a goodlife to shower.
The front desk also made me walk to the store at 1am inorder to get cash for a money deposit.

I feel I should be refunded for the one night due to lack of basic utilities provided by the hotel.

Also the restaurant is closed.

I expected WAY more from the cosmopolitan.

The manager on site was very shape and blamed me for the negative experience. I am very disappointing

Pretty perfect little find
Pros:

Great location and fantastic staff!
The property has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. Despite the road work outside the whole place is beautifully kept, calm and quiet. Will definitely book again.

Cons:

Would have liked a kettle.
Information in the room about what will be refreshed and what won’t during the stay would be useful.
