Pros:

The room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

The shower was not great. The shampoo provided was fine but the conditioner was terrible, I ended up grabbing some on my own. The shower itself - the shower head was sort of blocked and had low pressure, the caulking was stained and coming out of the cracks. Overall, I was extremely satisfied as these are very minor issues. 2 fridges provided was a nice touch.

The in-room keuring coffee machine was ok - there was a good variety of snacks available in room for purchase however costly so I did not take advantage of this. For the cost, complimentary coffee in the morning would have been nice.

Cons:

Eine Vorabinformation, dass gegenüber eine Baustelle ist, wäre nett gewesen, vor allem, da das Schlafzimmer genau gegenüber war! Noch dazu haben die Arbeiten vor 5 Uhr Früh begonnen.

Cons:

Hyper bruyant à l'extérieur de l'hotel et ce toute la nuit. Bien que l'on m'est accommodé en me donnant une chambre à un étage supérieur, mes trois nuits ont été TERRIBLES

Great choice to stay in downtown Toronto
Pros:

Ten-minute walking distance from the Union station. The room was large enough including kitchen like an apartment, and I spent very comfortable time!

Centraal gelegen, schoon bed is wel erg hard.
Pros:

Centraal gelegen hotel! Receptie en portier zeer vriendelijk! Uitzicht op de CN tower is prachtig.

Cons:

Harder bed nog nooit tegengekomen, net een plank. Stel je niet te wel voor bij de gym. Helaas door verbouwing etc. Geen ontbijt etc. mogelijk.

Pros:

Some of the staff were quite nice, the location was convenient. The bed was rather comfy.

Cons:

The condition of the hotel is so so. It would need a bit of love, as things got broken or not correctly repaired. The lights were very low in the room (not really possible to use the desk in these conditions), you can hear the noise from outside a lot (despite being at the 22nd floor), the room was so small... Much smaller than what it looks in the pictures. The complementary access to the jacuzzi is a plus but the jets are really not strong, and one of the lady was not really welcoming. In the end I found it really expensive for what it is.

Muy cómodo y bien situado.
Pros:

Las vistas desde el piso 24. El baño con jabones de The Occitane. La tele gigante. La cocina, súper útil y con todo lo necesario. La cama, muy cómoda. La ubicación.

Cons:

No poder disfrutar del desayuno porque salimos a las 06am. Y en cuanto al hotel, está súper céntrico aunque en un callejón un poco lúgubre.

Cons:

Das im Gebäude gegenüber eine Baustelle war wo bereits morgen vor sieben Uhr mit schweren Maschine gearbeitet wurde und an schlafen nicht mehr zu denken war.
Die Info darüber hätten wir gerne gehabt weil was hilft der schöne Ausblick wenn man zu wenig Schlaf bekommt.
