Thank you for a great stay.
Pros:

The location & price were great. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Only one of the two elevators were working and the one that worked was very slow, not a big deal really.

Hôtel littéralement en travaux
Pros:

La chambre

Cons:

Le reste : tout est en travaux
La réception est en chantier, un ascenseur sur les deux est HS et l’autre met un temps fou à venir
Le Spa est hors service pour un bon moment
Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner
On est loin du 4* en ce moment

This place appears to be run a little cheap, lots of work needed in foyer and the lifts dont work
Pros:

The rooms themselves were well appointed and OK, although a number of switches did not work Location wise it was OK.

Cons:

When we arrived check in was an absoliute drama, they try to use an automated check in system which failed and then had to proceed manually which was slow and complicated by the fact the system had partially booked us in automatically. Staff were less than enthusastic around resolvig the is issue.

The main problem arose on our last morning, we were booked in the 22nd floor and went out for breakfast, when we returned to finish packing and leave we were told be reception staff that the lift was broken. Now whilst there were two lifts in the building we were told that one had been out of service for an extended period of time and was subject to an insurance claim. The remaining lift was jammed and whilst they had called a technician they had no idea how long this might take to repair., We had a plane to catch so had to walk up 22 flights of stairs and retrieve our suit cases and then carry these down again.

Should have gotten a discount under the conditions the hotel was under..
Pros:

Lots of room. Loved the kitchen, living area. It had a washer and dryer which was so convenient. They refunded the deposit the next day which was fast.

Cons:

It was under construction in the lobby, front desk. There was construction in the lounge. There was hair in the shower that was not cleaned from the last guest. It was terrible..

It is what it is. It's not terrible.
Pros:

The front staff were useless. they tried to appear to be helpful like asking questions but it came off as invasive its like they received cheap training.

Cons:

the elevators were extremely slow, the renovations in the lobby were inconvenient. the fridges in the room didn't work.

Pros:

Location , location , location !!! In the heart of downtown ; it’s perfect . The suites are always so cozy . Like a lil home away from home - very comfortable.

Cons:

Honestly , I stay here often , and I love it . Might I dare say it’s a favourite… but y’all.. the elevator situation . Come onnnnn . 26 floors of a hotel often sold out on any given night … and one elevator ?! I spent soooo much of my stay waiting . It was actually a major inconvenience. Not sure if it’s cuz of the renovations or just maintenance , but it’s been since like November . It’s February, people . Very disappointing . I won’t be returning until that situation is finally handled . No exaggeration, I waited 15 minutes to go down (anytime I left ) and upwards of 20 minutes to get back up to my room . Carving out a half hour iusssst to leave the room is unacceptable. Im not only disappointed, but very surprised yall would allow this type of inconvenience to go on for so long .

Wonderful
Pros:

The place was amazing, with an incredible view. Everything was perfect. My only regret is not having been able to stay longer!

Cons:

Everything was great overall. Just a small note: a few basic kitchen items (scissors, knives, bowls) were missing, and the TV didn’t allow access to apps like Netflix or YouTube.
