Mostly comfortable. Great staff but mechanical issues.
Pros:

The staff was lovely. We loved the location and the town. Dario did a fantastic job accommodating all our requests. Jerry and his staff rocked the kitchen/bar. We were amazed by the breakfast everyday.

Cons:

We had to change rooms due to an air conditioner moisture issue. The A/C drained into our room all day while we were in Venezia. the leak drenched the bed and bedding, and a back pack with an iPad Pro inside. We were frustrated with the lack of concern about our belongings including and iPad Pro that got wet. We then had to switch rooms and no longer were able to be near each other. I was astonished that no compensation was made for this situation. I understand that we’re were split up and placed in other rooms. However, I would have expected to see some sort of compensation reflected on the bill.

Super und guter Ausgangspunkt um nach Milano zu kommen.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Frisches Rührei, welches auch einmal warm war. Frische Brötchen und Croissants. Fruchtsäfte waren gut und nicht der italienische Standard Pulver-Süss Getränke Mix aus dem Automaten.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti, scegliendola come comodo punto di partenza per percorrere la ciclopedonale sia in direzione Milano sia verso Lecco.

L'hotel è ospitato in una splendida villa d'epoca che conferisce alla struttura un'atmosfera elegante e raffinata. Le camere non sono particolarmente grandi, ma risultano pulite, accoglienti e confortevoli. Il personale si è sempre dimostrato attento, disponibile e cortese.

Un vero valore aggiunto è rappresentato dal ristorante interno, che consigliamo vivamente. Suggeriamo però di prenotare la cena con anticipo, poiché il locale è aperto anche agli ospiti esterni ed è spesso molto richiesto. Noi abbiamo cenato qui entrambe le sere del nostro soggiorno e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della qualità del servizio e della cucina.

Desideriamo inoltre ringraziare la caposala che, nonostante un piccolo fraintendimento relativo alla prenotazione della seconda cena, si è prodigata in ogni modo per trovare una soluzione e accontentarci. Un gesto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato e che testimonia l'attenzione verso gli ospiti.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole che consigliamo senza esitazione. Grazie!

Fantastic Stay in Beautiful, Elegant Villa with Great Common Spaces
Pros:

The courtyard was really lovely - it is a beautiful space and lovely to relax in. The entrance and common spaces in the hotel were also beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Very little - it was a lovely spot.
