Pros:

部屋が広く、きれいで快適だったこと。

Cons:

鉄道駅や街の中心から遠く、車がない旅行者には不便だったこと。街の中心までシャトルバスのサービスがあったが、行きだけで、帰りが無かったこと。

Pros:

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Service mit dem Shuttle Bus. Man wird nach rechtzeitiger Vorbestellung kostenlos in die Altstadt gefahren. Nach einem Arenabend wird man, für 5 Euro pro Person, sogar wieder abgeholt. Auch der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein Pluspunkt, wenn man mit dem Auto reist. Danke auch an das sehr freundliche Personal in allen Bereichen und für die vielen kleinen Tipps, die uns sehr geholfen haben. Zum Beispiel, dass es eine Abkürzung zum Bahnhof gibt, die Goggle wohl nicht kennt😉

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir haben unsere sehr lauten Zimmernachbarn beim sehr späten nächtlichen "Nachhausekommen" sehr deutlich gehört.

Soggiorno complessivamente positivo
Pros:

La struttura ci è piaciuta e nel complesso siamo stati bene. La colazione era nella norma, anche se personalmente, considerando la struttura, mi sarei aspettata qualcosina in più… il soggiorno è andato bene e non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi. Migliorerei qualche dettaglio e soprattutto renderei più chiara la procedura relativa al pagamento, ma la valutazione complessiva rimane positiva. 😊

Cons:

La posizione non è comodissima per chi vuole spostarsi a pied…per raggiungere alcune zone bisogna attraversare strade abbastanza trafficate e in alcuni punti non ci siamo sentiti particolarmente tranquilli nel percorrerle a piedi.

L’unico aspetto che mi ha lasciata davvero perplessa è stata la gestione del pagamento. Al momento della prenotazione era indicato che avremmo pagato direttamente in struttura, mentre alcuni giorni prima del soggiorno mi sono ritrovata l’importo trattenuto sulla carta. Una volta arrivati in hotel abbiamo dovuto effettuare nuovamente il pagamento, mentre la somma precedentemente bloccata è stata successivamente sbloccata/rimborsata. Probabilmente si trattava di una pre-autorizzazione, ma sinceramente la procedura non mi è risultata molto chiara e per qualche giorno mi sono ritrovata con due importi impegnati.

It was ok!!
Pros:

The breakfast and its service was very good. They went out of their way to help me eat. I am vegan!

Cons:

I reserved two rooms for four people. I was given a double room and a room with an extra bed and was charged because the room with an extra bed had two people. I found this truly appalling since they did not even try to help resolve the situation. Just for this I will not return. .

Wunderschönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wundervoll angerichtet und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Lage war sehr gut für unsere Bedürfnisse. Es dauert circa 25 Minuten, um zur Arena zu gehen. Wir haben den Shuttle Service genutzt.

Delivers on what you need for a B&B City break hotel
Pros:

What they did, they did very well. Service, cleanliness and responses and recommendations

Cons:

Wierd location near an underpass and a factory however they were very helpful with the hourly shuttle bus into the old town.

Pros:

Parking sur place. Navette pour le centre-ville. Coffre fort dans la chambre.

Le petit déjeuner était bon. Par contre une seule machine à café, et pas très rapide, était le minimum car on faisait la queue pendant un moment pour se servir.
