Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Literie de qualité. Le canapé n'est pas confortable pour un couchage. Piscine très propre. Les repas sont très variés. Personnel très serviable. Toutes les boissons sont inclues.

Alimentação excelente na variedade, confecção e apresentação, sem dúvida o ponto mais forte do hotel, seguido pelos funcionários do restaurante, com especial relevância para os cozinheiros. O Espaço, sempre limpo e o SPA.

Cons:

O espaço da piscina interior e em especial o jacuzzi não é vigiado com frequência. Isto provoca graves situações de falta de sossego inerente a estes espaços.

Pros:

I loved everything in fairness. The staff were amazing, professional and always available. I loved the location, bus shuttle to the beach and noise level was perfect in my opinion. I'd definitely go back in the future and highly recommend it.

Cons:

I think the lift/elevator service could improve, giving guests free safety storage for passports and important documents would be good touch.

Regular towel changes, bath robe + slippers, free water bottle in the rooms and replenishing would be amazing. These little parts would elevate the hotel to another level. I hope this feedback is taken onboard as I am truly looking forward to visiting in the near future.

Good family hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, check in process easy.
Hotel was modern and rooms comfortable.
Pool was large and plenty of sun beds for everyone.
Free shuttle bus to and from the Albufeira old town was a nice bonus.
Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby.
About 15 minute walk to the nearest beach which was large.

Cons:

Small play area for small children and kids club minimum age was 4 (usually much lower in other hotels) and looked a bit run down.

Food was generally tasty but not an awful amount of variety in the meat section. We only witnessed 2 'themed nights' on our stay.
