Great 10 days but wouldn’t come back unless there were upgrades
Pros:

Reasonably clean, younger staff, cleaning staff and reception were always very pleasant.

Cons:

Very basic for a four-star hotel. The buffet food was edible at best, which is not what you expect at this level, and some of the older staff were quite rude and overly strict.

The hotel also has a lot of unnecessary rules. Pool towels have to be returned or you are charged €20 each, which is a crazy price for a plain, unbranded towel that costs about €3. Lose your key card and it is another €20. I have never stayed at a hotel with this rule; they normally just cancel the old card and issue a new one. These things cost next to nothing and guests should not have to worry about losing a tiny key card while on holiday. You also have to give your room number every time you enter the restaurant, which makes no sense when you are already wearing a wristband.

To top it off, there were ants throughout the room, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, and the room itself was dated.

Agréable séjour avec hôtel bien situé je recommande surtout pour les familles avec enfants
Pros:

L hôtel est propre , chambre nettoyée tous les jours , équipements correct bonne literie , 2 piscine très bien avec prêt de serviette pour transat très appréciable, buffet correct , ainsi que les snack bar le matin et l après midi , on a toujours un temps où l on peut se restaurer , activités et spectacles tous les jours

Cons:

Personnel devrait être un peu plus souriant, ils ne sont pas désagréables mais ils sont peu souriants et on a l impression des fois de les déranger
