Very enjoyable & food was lovely
Pros:

Very clean & spacious

Cons:

Where they said they don’t allow anyone leaving towels on sunbeds and then walking away . This happened all the time. All ages . Sunbeds could be left with towels on for hours while you would be trying to find somewhere to ly . Very annoying

Pros:

Não é o que gostei mais, mas sim uma sugestão, tenho a certeza que haverá mais reclamação sobre este assunto então eu sugeria que no bar houvesse máquina do café ao cliente a servir-se assim evitava haver um empregado só para isso, era um tarefa difícil de se realizar era estar sempre disponível um funcionário

Este ano tinha menos variedade na comida , as bebidas não eram bem “feitas” e muito tempo de espera para o pedido de um café

La atención del personal. La habitación muy completa y limpia, detalle de bienvenida. Los animadores muy amables, aunque enfocados al público portugués, inglés y francés. En el bar y en los exteriores de la piscina había grandes pantallas para ver el mundial

El hecho de que no hubiera socorrista ni nadie vigilando en la piscina para que los huéspedes cumplieran las normas de la misma. Agradecimos un dia que sí apareció un hombre bien vestido y regañó a un grupo de chavales que jugaban de forma temeraria con un balón. Con respecto al personal, había veces que era difícil entendernos en español, pero se comunicaban sin problemas con ingleses y franceses

Cons:

Staff do restaurante/bar realmente fraco ou com falta de formação, inclusive maior parte das vezes indelicados.
Comida apesar de variada, quase sempre com qualidade reduzida.
Quartos, no caso da terceira cama, um sofá cama com fraca qualidade.
Sem pressão de água no chuveiro, que torna o duche desagradável.
Qualidade das bebidas do restaurante e do bar é má, usando apenas o mais barato, sendo tudo marcas de linha branca.

Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Location away from strip but near enough to get to. Food always warm, fresh bread, plenty of choice
