Pros:

Overall, hotel was really good. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was continental and dinner menus were mostly good that could allow you to eat something. Not great options everyday, but only 1 of 6 nights we had much difficulty, so it wasn't something I would complain. Location of the hotel was also superb, just in the middle of Quarteria, next to Bus terminal and taxi station.

Cons:

The few issues we had were small, but rather daily issues. Bed was too firm and led us to have muscle aches each morning. Toilet papers were too thin, so much that it caused irritations often. Also for cleaning part, there were few areas of improvement in room and floor cleaning. Although common areas on the ground floor was spotless, rooms are arguably the most important part anyway.

Pleasant stay by the beach
Pros:

The hotel is located right in front of the beach and the facilities are okay. Typical English breakfast and you can have lunch/Dinner as Buffet, but need to pay additional if you’re not full board. Food options for dinner was quite good.

The room is comfortable and the gym has basic equipment for a good workout. The poolside can get quite busy and there is not so many sunbeds compared to the number of guests and if you wanna spend even a bit of time make sense to go there early.

One thing I noticed was that the hotel is full older people families with kids. So don’t be surprised if you hear kids crying by the pool or at the dinner.

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and professional

The subeds/beach umbrella by the beach costs extra (18-25 EUR). But you can just bring your own umbrella and lie down on the beach.
