Pretty Fabulous
Pros:

It’s beautiful and smells amazing. The food was great, loads of options to choose from. As a solo traveller I really enjoyed my stay and the trip to Artà market was a true highlight of my holiday.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit toller Lage und sehr freundlichem Personal, allerdings mit Verbesserungspotenzial bei Poolzeiten
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich super – direkt in der Stadt, der Strand direkt vor der Tür und auch andere Buchten waren schnell erreichbar. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 6. Stock war wunderschön. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit Kapselmaschine ausgestattet. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Verbesserungspotenzial beim Pool und Essen

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war für uns die Pool-Öffnungszeit. Auch gegen 9–9:30 Uhr war der Pool teilweise noch nicht geöffnet, was für Frühaufsteher, die vor dem Frühstück schwimmen möchten, etwas unpraktisch ist. Für uns war das allerdings kein großes Problem, da wir ohnehin häufig im Meer waren.

Deutlich kritischer fanden wir das Essen. An zwei verschiedenen Tagen war das Hähnchen an einigen Stellen leider nicht vollständig durchgegart – sowohl bei mir als auch bei meinem Mann. Außerdem hatte ich einmal einen Mandelkuchen, der bereits Schimmel aufwies. Ich habe dies sofort gemeldet und der Kuchen wurde auch direkt entfernt und ich bekam eine Entschuldigung.

Gerade bei Fleisch und Milchprodukten sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Größe und Preisklasse besonders auf die Qualität und Hygiene geachtet werden. Lieber etwas länger auf das Essen warten, dafür aber sicher sein können, dass es vollständig durchgegart und frisch ist. Insgesamt sollte dieser Punkt aus unserer Sicht noch einmal genauer überprüft werden.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel, very well maintained, excellent rooms, modern style, lovely staff. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners a lot, huge variety, excellent quality of food. It was even very difficult to choose from all the food that was served, since everything looked and tasted amazing! Animation team doing a fantastic job. We felt very welcomed and would higly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Just a minor tip for improvement - a nespresso machine and caps in rooms would be appreciated :)

Pros:

Les personnes de l’accueil très sympathique et l’hôtel correspond bien à 4 étoiles

Cons:

Le spa était inclus dans le tarif mais dans le spa le sauna n’était pas très chaud et le hamam non plus et le back à glaçons n’as pas fonctionné du tout le séjour vraiment une catastrophe.

It was perfect!
Pros:

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel!! It was absolutely spotless. Every area of the hotel was so clean and well kept! The hotel staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. The pool and pool area again was amazing and clean! Right on the beach which was lovely. The rooms were looked after very well and we loved that our room had a balcony that looked over the entertainment so we could watch that each night. Entertainment was also great and we thoroughly enjoyed that! Transfer to and from the airport was also easy!
