A double door separated my room from the next. The doors were thin so I could hear my neighbours...not great for privacy:(
My husband and I had a one night stay just before departing Denpasar as we wanted to stay close to the airport. The hotel is located in North Kuta, an area surprisingly much less chaotic than the rest of Kuta. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel and plenty of shopping and massage venues. The hotel staff is very acommodating and the service provided was very good. The only meal we ahs at the hotel at the hotel was breakfast which was ok. We also took their complimentary shuttle to the airport which only took 7 minutes (they said it would be 20 with traffic) . The pool looked very inviting although we did not have a chance to use it as our junior suite had a pool (shared with three other suites).
As we stayed in one of the suites on the ground floor close to reception, the corridor was fairly noisy until close to midnight. Should we stay at this property again, I would insist in staying on second floor upwards and as far away from reception as possible.
Great staff, friendly and helpful. Handy and welcome personal vehicle pick up from the airport. Large comfortable room, nice breakfast.

Das Essen war nicht gut und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gestimmt. Man hatte das Gefühl das Hotel möchte an dem Essen einsparen. Cocktails waren auch leider nicht gut, haben nach Wasser geschmeckt. Service lässt sich leider zu wünschen übrig, haben immer sehr lange auf unser Essen gewartet und die Getränke haben wir erst nach dem Essen bekommen.
Abbiamo soggiornato solo la notte prima di rientrare vista la vicinanza all’aeroporto. Organizzano navetta gratuita da e per l’aeroporto, personale disponibile e cordiale. Colazione buonissima, i pan cake alla banana favolosi!!
La stanza affacciava direttamente sulla piscina, aveva un leggerissimo odore di chiuso.
