Pros:

Staff very friendly and obliging. Nice large room will all amenities overlooking pool. Comfortable beds and pillows. Room had air conditioning. Desk staff were exceptional. Spoke very good English. Very clean hotel with lift. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel was excellent. Would stay there again. We love our morning beach walks but unfortunately Kuta Beach was filthy. Covered in rubbish. Dangerous to walk on.

Relaxing and luxurious, will be back✨
Pros:

10/10✨ perfect quiet stay to end my month of travelling around Bali🙏🏽 the pool area is so relaxing, nice to have the option of going to the spa and also friendly staff at the restaurant with great food.

Top class hotel near airport and cruise terminal.
Pros:

Pool side room next to pool. Just walk out door and within a few steps jump in the pool! Breakfast was very good. Free airport pick up was very welcome given torrential storm and flash flooding that evening.

Beautiful, restful and just what we needed
Pros:

Breakfast was stunning and great selection
Pool was clean and not too busy
Spa was amazing and great value for money

Super close to the airport so really convenient

員工的服務態度非常好，地點也不錯。飯店的前面就有一個mall,往飯店的右邊走不到10分鐘又有Discovery的shopping mall。飯店的游泳池蠻乾淨的還有健身房也很不錯，淡季入住這一間飯店CP值很高。

有方便的接送机，服务相当不错，位置也是离机场非常近，方便第二天转机，出门就是商场，周围吃喝方便。遇见巴厘岛大暴雨也没耽搁行程，在此赞一个！
