Pros:

Complimentary airport pick and drop off . So close to the airport and Kuta . Complimentary American style buffet breakfast . Friendly efficient staff. Even traffic control helping pedestrians to cross the street. . Very clean and tidy . Great value for money.

Cons:

There is nothing we did not like about this Hotel.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la grandeur et le confort des chambres , on a pas testé la piscine vu qu'on repartait le lendemain matin pour Ubud mais elle est très grande et super bien pensée avec ses transats dans l' eau . La proximité de l'aéroport après un très long vol. Idéal pour se reposer. Le petit déjeuner continental très copieux.

Cons:

Rien franchement pour un premier pas à Bali c'est l'idéal.

Affordable luxury in Kuta
Pros:

We had such a lovely one night stay here. The staff here are absolutely unbelievable. So friendly, they can’t do enough for you. The free airport shuttle service is fantastic; We were greeted at the airport by one of the bell boys, he was so smiley and helpful. We ate at their restaurant and the food was great! We had an early flight the next morning and they prepared a take away breakfast for us, which was excellent. The rooms here are divine, best shower we had during our whole SE Asia trip. The pool area is lovely and we were really sad that we couldn’t use it as we arrived late and were leaving early the next morning. What a great place to stay. Don’t hesitate to book.

Cons:

Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.
