Amazing stuff. I can't fault any of them. They were so helpful, lovely and polite. Bathrooms and the shower were fantastic. Recently renovated, great water pressure.
Breakfast options were good.
Airport transfers were exceptionally well organised.
The hotel is a bit dated. It's on a busy road as well. Rooms are rather small, blinds didn't block the light, you would need a sleeping mask.
The beach nearby is so dirty, would not swim there.
Hotel was clean, staff are friendly. Pool area is nice.
Only minor, but the pool fountain is really loud and goes for about 12 hours a day. So not very relaxing.

I Absolutely loved my stay at the Vira Bali in my Junior Suite!! Everything about the wsy this hotel is run is excellent. If anything, the buffet breakfast could have a little more variety! I also would like to see the duo that performs ar dinner to be changed as they are far yoo loud for dinner music and not very talented.
Proximity to the airport, breakfast and pool. I had forgotten my charger, the built in international charging converter was great
The noise. We were there on a Saturday night, across the road was loud, live and not terribly good music. It was very loud in the room, louder on balcony and in corridors. Thankfully ended at 10pm and we slept well
The staff, room and breakfast was excellent
The only thing that spoiled a perfect stay was the church next door was very noisy to late into the night on 2 occasions which the hotel could not avoid

Little bit of outside noise
Breakfast, pool and room were all excellent. Staff were all helpful and considerate.
The evening noise from surrounding properties was loud if sitting on balcony. We were transitting through Kuta, returning from other areas so it wouldn't be our first preference town/city to stay.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy! The staff members were so nice and accommodating and the food was great!
My only wish was that we could’ve been rewarded a late check out since we got in so late at night.
