Our 2nd stay in la Quinta hotel. As expected kudos to Mr Sheen. He is very accomodating same as before. He surely wanta that their hotel guest will have a good and enjoy experience. Also Catherine and Anita, the receptionists I encountered. All I requested given quickly. No need for follow ups. room service and housekeeping kudos also to you guys 😍 . La Quinta hotel staffs is the best

I stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham Dubai Jumeirah for 4 nights with family and found it to be a comfortable and budget friendly option. The room was good and clean, but the size of the bathroom is average. Staff were generally helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice and the restaurant offers tasty Indian food. Overall, it is a good choice if you are looking for a budget stay with family.

This place is very good. Location is good. Parking facilities are there. All staff are warm welcoming. Food Options are there. Overall, I would highly recommend this Hotel and their group hotels. Their highest standard and hospitality culture is well rooted.

the hotel and rooms and staff were all lovely however the hotel was a good 20 minute taxi ride to anywhere we needed to go to which was costing us £40 to £50 a day in taxi fares and it wasnt beside any metro stations and we couldnt really walk anywhere due to all the building work going on outside the hotel . We didnt have issues with all the nightclubs in the hotel but when arriving late at night and checking out early morning the noise was terrible and there was a large presence of indian men hanging around which we didnt like . the breakfast was nice plenty choice and rooms and linen very clean however due to where it was i dont think i would recommend it

They have lounges clubs on ground floor. So weekend nights, the first floor rooms hear the banging music all night.
Staff are generally good except the ones for room service. Your food will arrive in 2 hrs.
Steam room and sauna are pretty good and the service there is excellent.
Overall, I may stay there again if they are giving a good rate but I'll eat from outside.

Our stay was truly enjoyable. Amir assisted us with both check-in and check-out 😊 ensuring our comfort and providing everything we needed. The room was unexpectedly spacious almost as big home! The excellent service and hospitality from the staff are the reasons we keep coming back.❤️❤️

The reception staff are helpful. They gave me an upgrade as well.

I have traveled to more than 50 countries in the world and stayed in more than 1000 hotels. I have never had such a bad experience.

1- We arrived at the hotel early in the morning because the flight times had changed, and they asked us to wait for 3 hours and then pay extra money to get into our room at 06:00 in the morning. We accepted. We waited in the lobby and 3 hours later we were given a smaller room instead of our room. (You can look at the camera footage)
2- After paying the extra money, we got the answer from the Receptionist Danuka that this payment does not include breakfast. This is a scam. After taking our payment, they said there was no breakfast.

3- Biju Joseph, who claims to be the Hotel Manager, is a person who does not understand customer relations.
As a result, the extra money was taken, we were accommodated in a lower room class for 1 day and breakfast was not provided for the hours for which the extra money was taken. (Our accommodation was bed and breakfast)
You cannot take money without informing and change the rules later. Wasn't our room determined 3 hours ago? Why was accommodation in a lower room class made?
I am complaining about Biju Joseph and Danuka. I am requesting a refund.

Recommend! Nice hotel with reasonable price. Friendly staff. They tried to do their best to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We arrived at 8 a.m. and were extremely tired, they provided us with early check in absolutely free on charge.

A lot of construction currently around the property. Driving in is a challenge. The garage enters on the congested side. The exit of the garage is in the opposite side of the block and is much better.

There is construction around this Area, and music is so loud you can hear in your room even 3 AM!

As always, our experience was fantastic. During check-in, the staff member Sheen recognized me and my boyfriend, providing excellent customer service and even giving us an upgrade. The room was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with complete amenities. Additionally, Danuka was incredibly attentive and accommodating, granting us a late check-out. Upon departure, the team greeted us warmly, and Amir checked in with us to ensure we had a pleasant stay—which we absolutely did. I’m proud to say I’m a loyal, regular guest, thanks to the exceptional reception team and the hotel’s cleanliness.

I had a fantastic stay at La Quinta! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and perfect flavors. The amenities were top-notch, from the good rooms to the relaxing pool and spa. The staff was courteous and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for five nights. Room spacious, neat and clean. All other amenities provided are good. Only thing which is the main drawback is the complimentary breakfast. Limited items. Veg food preparation is below average. Not suitable for Indian Vegetarians. Except food 5 star.
